Services
Schoen Construction and Design, LLC has been building and remodeling homes in Northeastern Wisconsin since 1976, under founder/owner Steve Schoen. Paul Gutowski, joined the team with over 30 years in construction in 2000. Paul was an asset to the business and Schoen Constructions clients. In 2016, Paul and Julie Gutowski purchased the business from Steve and have been serving clients in the home building industry every since.
We realize that every person, every family has special needs and wants. We take the time to listen to what you want, and help you to build a home that suites you. We ask you the right questions, so we know what you need. For example: Do you work out of the home, or do you need an office? Do you have pets that require a washing area in the garage?
Can you provide a list of references so we can talk to other homeowners how your services were in the past. Yes, please contact us directly and we will provide you phone numbers and contacts of people that we have done business with before. You can easily make changes through our "Change Order" form.
