I’ve been in the property management business for over 30 years that I’ve dealt with many contractors during that time. I hired JMK due to their positive reviews for my remodeling of my Miami Beach apartment. As this was a job that would involve tearing out the kitchen and bathrooms we decided to leave the apartment while the work was done. It was estimated the work WOULD be done in three months.
We left to go to Europe. Two months after the contract was signed, while we are still away hoping the project would be nearly halfway complete, we get an email from Jmk saying they’re canceling

I enjoyed my experience with JMK. I called and scheduled an appointment within 3 days. The staff had branded polos. They were professional and took pictures of the space. I needed to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. 5 days later I received the estimate which I approved. After that, the JMK requested plans from us based on which they did the drawing for the permit application. The permitting process took 6 weeks. Once we got the permit approved, the JMK crew started the work within 2 weeks. The work was done in 4 weeks including permit inspections. I'm overall happy with the work. The place was

We reached out to JMK Contractor for remodeling our bathrooms. They responded quickly and were able to be at our home whenever we were available. I can’t thank you enough for helping us with our project. We got dropped by our prior contractor in the middle of the remodeling. They even kept our deposit. Then it wasn't easy to find another contractor to fix the mess we were left with. I’m writing this as we closed the permit today and didn't the final walkthrough of our beautifully remodeled home. Nice work.
