305 contractors are very professional! I am very pleased with their services. Always on time, work in an organized and clean manner! Their attention to detail is outstanding! Ive hired them to do a couple of jobs in my condo: bathroom dry wall repair and kitchen removal/renovation. Leandro and Salas are friendly and professional. Aylin is responsive and really helpful. I will recommend and will hire their services again!

We had our guest bathroom remodeled and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Leo and his team were very professional and patient with me since it’s hard for me to make a final decision. Leo offered several ideas and made the whole process very pleasant. We can’t wait to remodel our master bathroom.

If I can give them 10 stars I would. I’m the property manager for the building and hired 305 Florida Contractors to fully remodel one unit: bathroom, kitchen, flooring, stairs, lighting, sheetrock and paint. Their work was outstanding; they have excellent communication, workmanship, crew, and fast turn-around time. The building owner was so happy, we’ve now remodeled up to 4 units with them. Thank you to Leandro, Aylin and all the workers for all your hard work.

We had a really nice and comforting experience using the services of 305 Florida Contractors for our home remodel project. New floor (tiles and laminate) installation, bathrooms restoration (3) and painting were a breeze using this guys. There were fast and very professional saving a lot of money and concerns to us. It was a real pleasure working with Aylin and Leo. If you are looking for a state of art work , 305 Florida Contractors is by far your best option.

My wife and I are very happy to have been recommend to 305 Florida Handyman for our floor installation.
