Services
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order at no additional cost. Due to motor freight policy all shortages and damages (visible or concealed) must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of shipment.
I was skeptical about ordering Cabinets from overseas and having them assembled at the jobsite. But I must say that J&L's cabinet installers did what they said they would do, which resulted in a good cabinet installation on the project! Overall I would give J&L a 9 or a 10; your installer is great and your internal team communicates well!

This is our second time using J & L Blinds and they were fantastic both times! Last year we reached out to Mary O for custom shutters and we were very pleased with her knowledge and overall bubbly personality! She was very patient and explained every detail and suggested we go with 4 1/2 inch shutters to take full advantage of our windows and they look amazing! A couple months ago, we decided we wanted to add motorized shades to the back windows in our hone and reached out to Mary once again. Mary did an excellent job and was very helpful in our selection. Nothing but the highest praise for Mary and J & L Blinds! We had a tight window and of course, Mary and her team got the job done. Only a three week turnaround for new custom wood shutters throughout our new home. They are beautiful! Over the years, I have had the privilege of dealing with some positively exceptional people. What I remember most about them are their individual strengths - some have superior product knowledge, some provide great customer service, some consistently meet deadlines and schedules, and so on. We used J&L Blinds in our post Hurricane Harvey remodeling. Mary O'Connor was super helpful and professional. The installer was really respectful and I was thankful for thankful for that as well as he was super fast.I totally would recommend J&L. Blinds I broke a part on one of the blinds they promptly ordered and replaced the part for us. The Hunter Douglas blinds make the house bearable during our sunny days. Recent remodel of our home. The whole back of the house are floor to ceiling windows and not only presented a design dilemma but a budget concern. By making this investment in our home, it had to be done right. Interviewed and got bids from a few companies. What was immediately apparent when meeting Mary is her true passion for what she does and her high level of customer service. My husband and I were buying a new house and needed automatics blinds for our living, dining and closet. We came across J&L Blinds and went into the show room. Mary was there when we went in and she was very helpful. Her communication has been outstanding and she answered all of our questions. We were very happy with the install and the quality. Mary O'Connor and J&L are terrific! I drove to their showroom to check them out and spoke originally to Mary's assistant. I made a couple choices, and was happy. As I was leaving, Mary returned from an appointment and introduced herself. I decided to go back in and review my choices with Mary, the designer, and I am so glad I did! Mary pointed out some flaws in my choices and showed me much better blind options for my windows. We made an appointment for window measurements and Mary was right on time to our appointment. Found this location after doing a Google search for Hunter Douglas blinds in the Sugar Land/Stafford Area. We had some older Duette Blinds that had split due to delamination. The staff here was extremely helpful in obtaining replacement blinds from Hunter Douglas under the Lifetime Warranty. Highly recommend Hunter Douglas blinds for their great warranty and kudos to Lauren and Mary at J & L who were very responsive to questions and coordinating the free replacements which were shipped directly to us.

Great customer service. We moved into a house with custom window fittings that were missing brackets. An employee there helped identify the order in their system and shipped the brackets directly to me. No charge for the services. She considered a holiday gift. Very appreciative of her efforts.
