Fantastic customer service!!! I ordered product from them via Amazon. My product was damaged during delivery. They communicated regularly about the progress of my refund as it was a large purchase amount. Amazon was giving me the run around about their return labeling failure. Ellen lighting stepped up and refunded me the return shipping of $280.00. I would definitely not hesitate to order from them again. Very honorable company. I tried to post a review on Amazon but because I mentioned how poor their customer service was, they didn't print the review. Buy direct from Ellen. Highly recommend this

The goal was to decorate our new home with light fixtures that are chic and uncommon. The challenge was finding where to get those and at great prices. Enter Ellen Lighting and Alan Kershaw. The pieces came out wonderful! The experience with Alan is most commendable. He was very responsive to my needs and offered novel suggestions and ideas that ultimately makes our home appear like one of a celebrity. We worked with Alan to find replacements for our dining room chandelier and kitchen pendant lights for our kitchen island. Alan is very knowledgable of the various product lines and was very helpful in assisting us choose the fixtures that we liked. His professionalism and patience is to be commended. We wanted to find a chandelier for our dining. Alan suggested a piece for us and showed us a picture. We were a bit scared to buy something we could not physically see. We bit the bullet and bought it and to our surprise, it was more elegant and beautiful than we had expected.
It has totally transformed the look of our dining room.
As for service, we were impressed with how proactive they were in notifying us about ETA and delivery. I do my research and they also had the best pricing on that piece.

My Rep is Mayra with Ellen. She has been great for the past few years we have worked together. She is always available, even during the midst of a pandemic. Always communicates great and responds in a timely manner on everything. If i am needing a fixture or a part she goes the extra mile to help find it and deliver it.....and at times sends a service tech to install it. She is a great asset to Ellen Lighting!

I loved working with Alan! He was patient and helpful but he did not hover while we shopped. He took an interest in our project and helped us so much. We have been looking for the perfect lighting for over our island and Alan was able to find the perfect option for us in a matter of minutes. He even took the guesswork out by ordering extra chain and wire to accommodate my ceiling so installation would be trouble free. I will be back for his guidance for the next project!

I have purchased all my lights and hardware with Ellen Lighting. It was a wonderful experience. The showroom is huge and have a lot of beautiful displays. Alan is simply great. He is very knowledgable, artsy, and nice. He visited our home (under construction) several times, actively involved in our selection process, made a lot of recommendations that we end up using. We had a problem with one light, he promptly ordered a new one for us and is having an electrician to replace it. All and all, we enjoyed working with Alan. Thank you, Alan.

I never write Yelp reviews, but Alan at Ellen Lighting definitely deserves some attention. He is knowledgeable about current trends and has a great eye for helping you find the right lighting for all your needs. He will continue to provide suggestions and insight until you find the perfect lighting fit, including inserting digital images of lighting options into a picture of your room. Plus, his sense of humor can help "lighten" the mood if the selection process is becoming too tiresome. He truly wants the customer to be happy!

Does business as in stock lighting. Ordered online and paid $10 for shipping and told would be notified when it shipped. 4 days later, nothing. Called and told new system in place would ship in a few days. Went and picked it up as I thought, since it's "in stock" I'd have it within a week or so, and now it won't ship for a week or so. Asked for a refund on the shipping since they didn't pay it. I was told they couldn't refund the shipping charges. Deceptive business practice to charge for shipping charges that were never incurred. Stay away.
