Get Lit Outdoor Lighting

Initial quoting and installation was positive. Owner even came out to fix and add a light to improve the overall lighting.
My issue has been with the response to warranty and support to repair. When I initially reached out, owner said he would send someone to assist, but nothing came of it. I have reached out multiple times, and still haven't heard back.

Highly responsive and professional! The best contractor experience I’ve ever had. They transform your home from ‘yeah ok’ to extraordinary. Their follow up is par to none. Price is realistic, almost a steal for how your home is transformed. A must do for home improvement.

Really disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I called Get Lit Outdoor Lighting on Saturday 6/26 left a message. Waited a week. They did NOT have the decency to return the call. Called again today (7/2) and was told by Jamie that they do not service Pearland area any more. If you get your work done by them and if something needs to be fixed, good luck in hearing back from this company.

The guy Jamie is fantastic. His quality of work, on time arrival and clean work site. Simply superb. Would definitely recommend friends and family fir outdoor lighting.

We got our lights installed about 3 years ago. And now a few lights on the left side of the house doesn’t work. I have contacted Jaime, spoke with him on the phone. He said ok and never returned my phone calls… or text messages. I’ve been calling him since after Christmas. It is still under warranty but not sticking up to his words. Does anybody else have this problem?
