Aurora Edmonds and one other company came recommended by our HVAC company. The other company was closer to our area so we started with them. When company number one showed up they refused to do the work because there mice droppings in the crawl space under the house. We then promptly called Auroa Edmonds, they were able to get our job in quickly, were friendly, did a great job, and it cost less than the first company. We highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Isaac the owner and his crew were fantastic. They had to come out a few times to get all the work completed. They were on time, very knowledgeable and great at explaining things in terms we could understand. I will use them every year to have our vents cleaned - and the chimney!

I was very displeased with the service I received. For $400 I expected better, especially from such a highly rated company.
First, I will say that I appreciated the politeness and courtesy of the particular serviceman we had. He even took his shoes off before entering our home.
However, I will NEVER give my money to this company again. I was referred to them by a different company and owner my family trusts, so I am particularly annoyed that they would tell me to go with this company after telling me what a "fine job" they do. Fine job? Per the picture I attached, my vents are still covered with
