Absolutely the worst. My furnace is out. Call them. The schedule a tech to come out next day between 9AM and noon. After noon I call them and someone unprofessional answers. I say there was a technician that was supposed to be out today by noon. No one is here. She says um yeah....
After about a minute of complete silence I say so that was a question, like where is the tech that was suppose to text me before they showed up. She says well honestly we have an emergency and they can't come. When someone starts a sentence with "well Honestely" it's clear that honesty is not normally what they deliver

Hi-Tech was able to install a new furnace 4 days following failure of old model. Service was done in a day. Area was very clean and old furnace removed and taken away. Job was done in a professional manner and I am very satisfied with result.

All Hi-Tech has done my furnace and AC maintenance and made minor repairs when needed. Always good work and reasonable prices. They also recently installed a new hot water heater when ours went out. It was done within a day!

This is my first time to leave the google review. I had an appointment with them this morning to fix my furnace. Faisal Muhammad and another coworker are really professional. They identified and fixed the problem very fast--about 20 mins. They are very very honest. They told me that I only needed to change a part. I even asked them whether I needed to change my whole furnace. They told me that no. Thank you so much!---All Hi-Tech Heating! My room is warm now. It really worth waiting.

I have been working with All Hi-Tech Heating and Air Conditioning since 2018. Their first call to my house was on a VERY hot day just before our party started and the air conditioning went out. They were at my house in no time and had the problem fixed before anyone arrived. They have since come out twice yearly to inspect my units and just this week to repair my furnace. They have an amazing communication system that lets you know when they are on their way and there is constant updating. They keep the area clean, are very conscientious, and will always tell you all your options. On the last visit

I have worked with these guys for about 4 years now and I love how ethical they are. I'm a realtor and I pay to have them clean and service the furnace in each home I list for sale so it's certified and ready and they are always honest and do a wonderful job. Inevitably with all other HVAC companies I've used, they try and up bid the job with this or that and so then I have to go looking for another company. When I struck on All-High Tec, that never happened. So I'm a client for as long as they are a service provider. I highly recommend them because they are so true to their word.

All Hi-Tech did the repair on AC unit with a condensation problem. Faisal (from my All Hi-Tech) called and informed me ahead of my appointment time that he is on the way. He completed the repair well with in the estimated time, saved me a good amount of $s by preserving existing Freon, and explained to me how I can use my unit efficiently to lengthen its life. The place was left in a clean state.
Highly recommended, and will definitely work them in future!

I was very happy with “All Hi-Tech Heating and Air Conditioning.” The customer service experience was great and my technician: Faisal was very knowledgeable and it showed. Faisal was able to diagnose the problem amazingly quick and was straight forward about the cost and options. He was very consultative and knowledgeable about my situation which made me feel comfortable and that I could trust him. When I call a professional for any sort of repair or service, this is what I expect. I would use them again and highly recommend All Hi-Tech Heating and Air Conditioning.

Excellent service at a great price. My furnace was not turning on and also needed servicing. All Hi-Tech Heating took care of everything. They showed up on time and fixed the issue with furnace and serviced it really well. They took their time doing the job. They are very honest. They found the issue with the furnace really quick and they did not even charge for that. They also advised me on several things. I cannot be more satisfied and will schedule duct cleaning from them soon. I will highly recommend All Hi-Tech.

I used All Hi-Tech for furnace maintenance and tune-up and found them to be very thorough. They cleaned up the furnace, tuned it up, looked at the exhaust system, thermostat, vents, carbon monoxide levels etc. Faisal (from All Hi-Tech) was friendly and explained me some features that I could make use of to lower my bills and stuff I don't need to worry about. I definitely felt like I was talking to someone who understood furnaces quite well about and was committed to provide me a great service. Based on my experience, I will highly recommend All Hi-Tech.
