We hired Ventura Flooring after a bad experience with a so-call contractor. Our previous contractor damage our floor while doing home renovations. The damage was bad we had to move quickly to get it replace for the holidays. Ventura gave us a good price, they provided us floor samples & their service & support was always top of the line.
When Ventura showed up to get our floor replace, we spoke with their installers & all their installers work for them so it was a relief to know we weren't heading on the same path we did before with our previous contractor.

Hami worked extra hard to make sure I selected the best tile to match our house, and to get the installation done quickly too. It was a small job so I really appreciated his exceptional service & attitude. I cant say enough great things about Ventua Flooring in Simi Valley. Hameed; the floor expert showed us variety of wood flooring and explained the pros and cons for each one patiently. The install was great. They knew we were on a tight timeframe as we just moved in to a new home and wanted the install quickly. They made it happen and the hard wood is beautiful amazing quality. I'm baffled. My husband and I recently purchased a newly constructed home so we need flooring. We yelped a bunch of places and seeing that Ventura Flooring had amazing reviews, we were pumped to come and possibly see our options and get our flooring taken care of. The guy that greeted us and "helped" us was the epitome of zero customer service. We told him what he wanted and nothing. Hami is an honest trustworthy flooring professional. He and Ventura Flooring went the extra mile. We had a tight budget and a tight deadline to have our old laminate flooring removed and replaced with beautiful laminate flooring and carpeting in our bedrooms. Hami's crew of workers were able to remove and install the laminate flooring on a Monday and during the first half of Tuesday, the carpet was installed in the bedrooms. Hami helped us pick out our flooring. He let us bring several samples home to help make a decision. I've never purchased new flooring but the price was less than I was expecting.
His installation guys were amazing. They finished 4 bedrooms, a hall way, 10 steps with 5" floor boards all around, all in one day, which included moving heavy furniture around. The final product was flawless. I watched the guy doing the stairs in amazement, he was like an artist.

Stop reading reviews and go here for your flooring needs. Hami set me up with a super nice laminate for $1000 cheaper than anyone else I checked with. They set up the install within a week, showed up with a crew and had the whole thing done in a day. There was one place the floor felt strange so Hami sent someone out the next day and fixed whatever was wrong with it. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Hami and Ventura Flooring went the extra mile! I got multiple quotes from different companies. Some from the Valley, one from Ventura, and then I decided to drive down the street and give these guys a go. Hami took his time with us and explained everything. I told him I'd think about it and he was super respectful of it. One I realized they were the best price I started to worry how the quality or the work or the product would not be worth it cause like they say. You get what you pay for.

I had over 2000 sq ft of flooring, including stairs, done by Ventura Flooring during the pandemic. It was beautifully done — while people were respectful of distance and masks, which was important to me personally. I have numerous pets, and this floor is amazingly beautiful while at the same time very practical. I don’t know why I waited 10 years to get it done. They handled every detail to my satisfaction.

Sal and his team have been wonderful to work with from the start. I had two other tile contractors quote the work, one was way to high and the other's start time was 6 weeks out. Ventura Flooring gave me a very reasonable price, started the job within a week and finished my living room and front entry within two days. I needed to replace carpet with either hardwood or laminate flooring. Hami showed me the various materials and actually recommended laminate as less expensive and easier to care for. I have noticed a sample that fit all my parameters. Hami highly recommended it as being Belgian laminate.
Installation took five hours to cover about 430 sq. ft. I am extremely happy with the outcome and quick install. In addition I was given an extra box of laminate just in case, included in the price.

Hami and his team were hands down some of the coolest people to deal with for this flooring journey. They were able to order and install my floors with in about 10 days of putting down the deposit. Not only were they fast, efficient and friendly they made sure I was happy with the final product before letting me pay the rest of the balance owed. The floors are beautiful. He didn't try to sell us on unnecessary extras, or a brand that was more expensive. He helped us pick out the kind of wood we wanted, and helped direct us to what we needed. Great experience!

Not only was Ventura Flooring cheaper, but the service was AMAZING!
Hami and Sal, are both knowledgeable and passionate about the products they sale.
They explained each component of the carpet and assisted with finding the ideal carpet for me.
I had the carpet ordered and installed in less than 8 business days.
