Highly recommend flooring America. Great selection of vinyl flooring. Salesman Anthony was so nice and experienced in all of the products. Frank and his crew did the installation and did an amazing job. Worked very fast , very clean and were happy to work around any requests that I threw at them. Floor looks amazing, no shortcuts. Whole operation was elite beginning to end.

Horrible customer service! Manager was late to open store and then has the audacity to say to us, "I was only 4 minutes late. Then the manager says nothing to us as we begin to look at carpet. Zero communication. Then he goes in the back leaving us alone in the store. We left and can't imagine how they are still on business.

We recently moved into our home and had vinyl planking installed in our entire downstairs. Flooring America had very reasonable pricing and everyone who we dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. Jonathon came out and took our measurements and answered any questions we had. Frank and his team did the install and they were amazing! They were so quick and very thorough. I couldn't believe how fast he and his team were able to get the job done. Our new floors and baseboards look amazing! We are very satisfied customers and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Flooring America did our laminate wood and carpet all through our house and did a phenomenal job. I got 3 bids and they beat all of them.
We had a couple of transition strips that we had issues back and they came right out and took care of them. They have been fantastic to work with! I highly recommend them. We are very happy we went with them!

Steer clear of these thieves!
This is the second time that I bought flooring from this company. The first time, I brought them the measurements for my downstairs. I took home the flooring and had 1/2 of a case left. Perfect!
Then.....two years later.....
I brought them the measurements of my upstairs. My Salesman, Jonathan Sedighi, took the measurements and sold me 800 SQ feet of flooring. (I needed 460 SQ FT). At the end of my project, I had 14 CASES of laminate flooring left

Straight forward. Cheap. Good installation. There was a bit of miscommunication on the day of install, but they worked it out, rearranged their deliveries, and ended up only being an hour or so late. We didn't even have to haggle on price; they had the best deal we found. I'd definitely use them again.
