A Home Inspection is a non-invasive visual overview and testing of all major components and structure of a home. Home inspections are used to help buyers make an informed decision on the purchase of a property and/or give an idea about the condition of their home they are wanting to put on the market. Property inspections should be performed by a Certified Home Inspector, whom provides a detailed written report with pictures.

I would not just say that Brandon goes above and beyond but also that he cared about the concerns nd health for my kids... ... I had an emergency issue in my apartment and Brandon was right there to help very detailed and explain everything very well he didn’t leave until every question was answered ... Brandon was recommended by our realtor because he was the most detailed Inspector on her vender list and we are very happy we went with him! He had great pricing..while crawling under the house he found extensive water damage under the bathtub, he tested it for mold got back to us with results same Day we were so grateful he saved us thousands of dollars in repair and remediation. Also after remediation was finished he came back to run another test to make sure the air quality was safe before we moved in. Would give him 10 stars and recommend him to anyone purchasing such a huge investment! Thanks
