I have been searching for someone to do a mold inspection and found this company on here and decided to call to inquire about a free consultation listed on their website and based on the good reviews I read. Extremely RUDE and awful customer service. I totally agree with the other one star review left. I would never do business with someone who is this unprofessional. I called and the man who answered was very rude and hung up on me while I was still talking. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this "company".

I had a huge pipe leak and about $7000 worth of damages. The construction team did not see any visable mold but I have children and was concerend. I called asking for help. The man who answered was rude. He said air testing was what he would do for more than $300. I told him that 2 local labs gave me prices of $189 to come out and do the testing was there something else included in his price and he promptly hung up on me. Seems this company is out to price gouge. Cant work with anyone who cant have a polite conversation on the phone. Cant imagine doing more with with someone that unreasonable.

Anyone worried about their mold in their house needs to give Ray a call. I am a real estate agent and I recently represented a buyer where the home she was buying had evidence of mold. Ray came in, confirmed the mold (mold inspection was done by a 3rd company so that there is no bias), and set a plan of action to remediate. He was very patient with scheduling the time to do the work as the sellers were not easy to deal with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and I could tell that he has many years of experience. Ray's team was also exceptional. Their patch up work was so good

I had a mold problem in my kitchen and I called Ray to investigate and give me an estimate. He showed up on time and was very professional. After the inspection I hired them to get rid of the mold- the price was good and they finished everything on time. The outcome was excellent and I highly recommend their services. It's hard to find an honest contractor these days.
