I have been trying to call this company for several days, left voicemails and text messages as we have an infant daughter with medical issues who needs help quickly. The website says to call rather than book online if rush help is needed. Kind of frustrating. Oliver appears to be very good at what he does but we cannot get in touch.

My washing machine leaked gallons of water all over my house. Water went into my utility closet and caused mold growth from my carpet. At the same time my son started having allergy symptoms.
I contacted Oliver. He was reallt responsive amd arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and just truly honest. He performed a mold and air quality test in my closet.

I was extremely impressed with this company and owner, I'm a real estate broker and investor and occasionally need air/mold testing. Not only did Oliver answer the phone when I called, his pricing was very good compared to the other 2 companies I called and he was able to swing by the next day! I had some water damage from the unit above which was pretty concerning so I called a few companies to come out and assess the ceiling and extent of the damage, and this company came through! They were "no nonsense" and easy to deal with. They did an inspection, took some samples and moved me in the right direction with how much restoration i needed to sort the wet area out. plus their price was reasonable when i was shopping around.

Had a black mold issue! Not something I was looking forward to dealing with but was happy to find these guys as it made things much easier. After calling a few other companies (including remediation ones), I liked what Oliver had to say and how transparent he was with the cost of the testing. The air tests were taken and sent to their lab so we could find out what the air quality was like. They got the testing and report to me in 2 days and helped me on my way to sorting everything out. I would absolutely recommend Lily Environmental. Oliver was really quick to respond and easy to work with. We had him come out to do an inspection for mold and take some samples in different rooms of the house. Oliver provided a thorough report on everything and identified moisture in the ceiling even though there weren't any visible signs. Turned out we had a small leak from the upstairs toilet and were able to resolve it. It surely would have turned into a much bigger problem had Oliver not identified the moisture. I called and spoke with many different businesses about testing for physical mold samples and an air sample. I wish I would have found him for the pre- testing. After being disappointed with another company on the pre test side, we hired Oliver to come out and do the post remediation testing. He was terrific. He arrived early, did the outside air sample baseline test on his own time and then did a quick job with the inside work. I just realized in the last few months that it's not easy to find a honest, reliable person in this restoration (water damage/remediation) industry. I called Mold Mitigation Professionals for an air quality test in our home. Oliver arrived promptly and was very professional. I received the report the following week, which indicated elevated mold counts in one of our rooms, and recommended an inspection.

Oliver is not only knowledgeable but thorough! As a first-time homeowner, one can only imagine the level of my own naivety. Then having other mold companies come out to give me outrageous quotes on remediation, you can imagine my horror.
