We provide a state-of-the-art mold investigation and testing (if needed) that is conducted by a nationally accredited ACAC professional microbial inspector. The mold investigation outcomes are communicated to you onsite, as well as in a comprehensive written report with photos. The collection of mold samples and submission to a certified AIHA laboratory is conducting only with your authorization.

IICRC Certified Remediation Professionals understand mold and mold growth. They have the highest training, certification, and equipment to remediate the mold in your home or business.
In accordance with the American Council for Accredited Certification code of ethics, we investigate and test for mold only; we do not remove or remediate mold, nor do we have any financial relationship with remediation companies, real estate, or insurance companies. Based on our inspection we will refer you to ACAC certified mold remediation companies that will provide you with a FREE estimate for safe mold removal based on our written report.

They were a total pleasure to deal with from my first contact and getting a quote, to what it would cover, how the process would work, the inspection itself, the report (which was very detailed and included many photos). I have had a few leaks in my apartment, and it smelled and looked like mold. The health inspectors have been here, but they could not diagnose a problem (not allowed to by the city). Joseph did an amazing job at inspecting our house, and providing very detailed and readable report with clear pictures of every issue. He was extremely professional, very meticulous in inspecting all the parts of the house, and taking time to explain me the issues at a high level. It ended up being fortuitous that I booked Guaranteed Property and Mold Inspections; I wanted to get 2 inspections done for the house we're hoping to buy but the other company I had in mind didn't inspect houses that old. I figured hey, why not find a company that did something different and thought having mold checked for specifically couldn't hurt. TL;DR: It's not easy to inspect a very old house that is currently being occupied, so we really gave Joe a hard project (old roof about 20+ years old, wood damage throughout due to termites, mold, outdated electrical panel, structural issues not up to code, etc.). He didn't complain at all at how much work it is (but I know it's a lot of work!). He's very nice, genuine, honest, and his attention to detail is very impressive. He even laughed at my jokes, which is a plus! (haha!)

I had mushrooms growing from the wall above my bathroom sink and wanted someone to test for mold since the apartment management wanted to repair and patch the area. Nobody wants to have a mold problem in their house, especially as a renter where you feel powerless to remedy the situation.
