Inspection reports are generated for each location during pumping services. Inspection reports are provided to each store location as well as mailed with the monthly invoice. SMC Grease photographs all damage found in grease traps and provides a detailed estimate for repairs to each client. Once the estimate and work order is approved, repairs are completed and new photographs of the repair(s) are generated and provided to each client.
SMC Grease is all about service and solutions and this is the reason why we built our own pluming services division. SMC Grease has professional plumbers on staff ready to properly analyze each client's unique plumbing needs. Worst company to work for. The supervisor Olivia is worst supervisor i have ever had with the worst attitude. The owners and hr let her treat people badly. I called to get information on my w2 that was never received. Olivia answered the phone saying it was mailed out, it is April 13 how late do they mail them. She said she will have them remail it but didnt care to confirm my address. I asked her to confirm and she moaned like it was the hardest thing to do. They had my correct address but it was never received? Don't waste your time working for this company unless you want to be bullied

I am not connected in anyway with the owner or employees. I have, however worked for them and I gave them my best and they let me down really bad. The training went OK. I was trained by an old guy named John was, himself, not exactly a happy employee for this company. They sent me to jobs every day. I went over and beyond the call of duty. The problem I had was getting paid. They make you jump over hurdles, like driving from Stanton to Colton to get a check for agreed upon disbursements. They said they would provide me a gas card but never did. I was at anytime out an average of $200.00 out of
