Late Friday night (after regular business hours and well into "emergency call" territory) both our toilets and showers backed up. The plunger wasn't going to fix this problem and we dare not call a big name plumber with us over a barrel. We waited til morning and my husband called a place that specializes in clearing lines but they didn't have any availability and recommended another plumber. The second plumber didn't have any availability until Saturday night. One call to Trusty Plumbers and Mitch was out within the hour. He quickly and efficiently cleared the line and

AMAZING plumbing company! We'll never use another plumber again. We recently moved into our new home and needed several faucets replaced, shower head updated, waterline installed, and a pedestal sink installed. Mitch and his great team came to the rescue! We've met three of their technicians and each one has been professional, knowledgeable, and quick! Charlene is also amazing and scheduled all appointments quickly and worked with our schedule. First time having to call a plumber and Trusty Plumbers made is very easy for me. Got a free estimate same day I called in and got a great quote to replace a major pipe underneath the house. They came the next day fixed it and only took 2 hours. Daniel and his apprentice did amazing work. Definitely the only plumbers I will ever call.

Mitch and team rock. Had a water heater problem. Fixed it in a day even though first replaced part didn't solve it. Also reminded me to check on manufacturer warranty - which saved me a bundle as I only ended up paying for labor. Answered all my questions and gave me honest guidance on what to do and not do.
