RUDE! That’s all I can say about their customer service. I went to this business to pickup items that I have purchased, because but they didn’t do a good job the first time that I went. I finally picked up the item but when I asked them about how much an item cost that I needed to finish the job, I was screamed and yelled at by the owner to get out of the office which I have not entered yet, I was on the door threshold while the receptionist was trying to get my information for the item.

I ordered a fireplace mantel from this company. I gave them the design I wanted and was told it shouldn't be a problem and it can be replicated. After a month of waiting I received something completely different for my fireplace legs. Those parts were returned and the company agreed to redo them. Again after a month of waiting I received and incorrect item again. The legs has scrolls on them that looked like a child drew them and both sides of the legs were not even and identical. My 6 year old could have drawn better scrolls. So now I have to take them back and see if it could get corrected

Stopped in again and Eva was extreamly helpfull and gave us lots of suggestions and samples to put up at home house.
Initial: drove out there to check out the items and they were colsed on Friday afternoon 14:25 July 5th. Perhaps long holiday weekend, no mentiin on phone message or even on the door.

I used Foam Concepts years ago for custom columns on a home remodel, and they were great to work with. I'm just getting around to posting pics, so sorry for the late review.

I did business with Foam Concepts years ago for my fireplace with no complaints. HOWEVER I suspect it is under different management. Don't expect a call back once they get your money. The installer they referred wouldn't install it because it wasn't cut properly. Now I'm stuck with a $3,000 fireplace that can't be installed. No communication, poor customer service and substandard workmanship is their trademark. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

At first I believed it was sheer luck that I actually found a place that was willing to give me 2 seconds of their time. I quickly learned that I was speaking to a person who ended up being a true God send. Jesse was beyond phenomenal - patient, honest, knowledgeable, & accommodating. I have used Foam Concepts twice now and have been extremely pleased with their work! As an interior designer, I needed their services to construct a faux stone fireplace for a client. Foam Concepts delivered a life sized version of my sketch and the whole process went very smoothly. The second project was a lot more unique because I needed a 3D custom art piece for the wall that was light weight. The quality of their products is very good. However, the quality of their services is beyond reprehensible. Despite spending nearly $30k with these guys, they not only grossly over committed to us; but, actually hadn't even started our many of the products we ordered until AFTER the promised delivery date. And, they made mistakes on products that they did complete and waited weeks before correcting their mistakes all the while insisting we pay to remake the incorrect products. Getting a return call is almost impossible (once you sign the order form and pay the deposit). We had to call many times

Headed into Foam Concepts Inc today looking to match some existing door/window trim on my home. I was greeted by Kevin and despite my ridiculously small order he took the time to design the piece I asked for. After driving home and rechecking my measurements I realized I had made a few mistakes. I contacted Kevin by phone and he bent over backwards to fix MY MISTAKES!! It is refreshing to find a company that still puts the customer first. Foam Concepts makes there products in house right here in the USA and I was floored with how well I was treated. I would highly recommend this business

Despite providing detailed drawings and photos, it was like pulling teeth to get any information/assistance. I asked for made to order pieces and was told they could only fabricate in 7ft. lengths and I would need to do my own sizing. The order was placed, but they could not provide an invoice as "their computer was down". After 2 weeks the order was completed. The invoice was provided with the product which diid not match the order placed.
