Lucas came out when scheduled and gave me a call before hand to confirm. I just needed my gutter drains scoped to look for any damage or blocking. Work was done quickly and efficiently, there was no attempt to upsell for something I didn't need. He was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions I had about other services they offer. I have an old house with two side sewer lines and had a root blockage that was next to impossible to find and clear out. The Drain Doctors did super detective work and figured out how to clear the side sewer. They were professional, easy to work with, and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat with any side sewer/ plumbing issue.

Bob is a knowledgeable and honest guy. The job went well except for a few bumps along the way. My frustration is not getting calls back on quotes and when jobs are running late, I am one who likes updates when things are not going as planned. When someone is out sick, it's understandable, customers just like to know when someone will not be out on a job for several weeks. Communication would be appreciated - "being kept in the loop". After all is said and done, Bob and Corey went above and beyond and we would highly recommend this company.

Drain Doctors put a channel drain in our driveway to keep water out of the garage. They also repiped all the underground drainage for our downspouts. They are a great company and I would be glad to work with them again or recommend them. Bob Hartwick has years of experience and goes out of his way to explain the job and make sure the customer is satisfied.

Our house had a major pipe water leak and we contacted the Drain Doctors to fix it. Corey and Kevin came to inspect, told us what the repair required and then replaced the pipe very professionally. Both were very dedicated and worked really hard to have the leak fixed on time and within budget. I would highly recommend the Drain Doctors for any water repair.
