Brian has been my go-to plumber for years now. He's the best kind of professional to hire: responsive, gives reasonable estimates, doesn't jack up the price on you, tells you what's going on, how, why, and the options to repair. I'm a big fan of getting a second opinion when necessary. I had one HVAC company give me insight as to my furnace's condition and provided a recommendation but it didn't quite sit well with me - they identified the initial problem but told me it's better to overhaul the system. Brian came the following day, identified the same root cause (without upsell), and actually got the job done versus telling me that I should rework my entire system.
I haven't used him for plumbing (yet), but he'll be in my address book for any plumbing needs going forward as well.
