I wish I didn’t have to resort to social media in hopes of a resolution. We have lived in our Payne Home for 19 months. We have items from closing not taken care of, as well as a handful of warranty items. We have been in communication with the builders to the point of exhaustion. No one wants to fix or address. We had our entire first floor engineered hardwood replaced to due to a defective batch. That was resolved, except the contractor replaced over holes in concrete. Then we had to have the flooring people repair and replace, again. In that process our quarter round was ripped up and damaged

My wife and I wanted to move from Maryland to Kentucky and wanted new construction. We went with Payne Homes and they worked with us via phone, email, and text messages to plan out every detail for our new home. Needless to say moving from one state to another state can be a stressful situation but Payne Homes worked with us to make it as easy as possible. Kevin Payne, Chad Lingenfelter and Lola Payne were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were readily available, professional, and responsive. If you are looking to build a new home in the Madison County area I highly recommend Payne

Had a great experience working with them!!! I really believe they try to do the best they can to create a good customer experience.
I had a problem with my roof. There was a leaking coming into my garage from the area in the photo. I notified them and they were very helpful in addressing the problem. Couldn’t be more grateful for their time and effort to address and fix the issue.

Seven years, we’ve lived in our Payne Home and still absolutely love it. Chad in particular has been exceptionally good to us from servicing our HVAC unit when it went out to repairing our home when an unfortunate event occurred one evening causing damage to our home. He has made every step easy and pain free for us. We love our home and it’s built with quality.

We could not be happier with the home we purchased from Payne Homes! From the beginning stages all the way to completion & the years after, they have been very responsive to any question or need we have had. Their quality of work is superior to other home builders in the area we considered. Our home has many custom features that others did not include. Chad Lingenfelter has been wonderful to work with along the way. We couldn't be happier!!!

Payne Home Inc provided an experience above and beyond our expectations. Chad Lingenfelter was extremely detail oriented and very accommodating to our needs. We needed a home built around the medical needs of our son. He went out of his way to make sure the house was perfect. I couldn't have ask for a better home building experience. I would recommend Payne Home to anyone interested in building home!
