Buyers and potential clients beware. Very disorganized business with lack of communication and dishonest business practices. Owner Mike is not involved in day to day and doesn’t care. Kevin and Rob his employees do not care about your house like they say they do, cut corners, and use questionable sub contractors. Had a terrible experience and would not recommend building with this company. Many other builders out there better than these guys. Old timers on there way out and would recommend someone who’s in touch with the times and honest business practices.

Mike Kerwin Homes just completed a new construction home for us in Drakes Landing. We had a wonderful experience with Mike, Kevin and Shawn and all of the contractors. Many people say that building a home is a nightmare. In our case, it was a pleasure. They exceeded all expectations and were wonderful to work with. We recently purchased a home from Mike Kerwin. The house is absolutely beautiful. The construction is top notch and we are very pleased with the result. As with all new homes we had a punch list of minor things to fix. The Kerwin team has been extremely responsive in taking care of these items at times which take into account our busy schedules.
