The work team was Justice and Julio. They did impressive work with apparent love for their job. They delivered high quality workmanship and took care of the details. One of the 3 gates they built turned an ordinary yard corner to an oriental oasis that I enjoy looking at it from inside my house all the time.
Tanner the manager had fantastic communication skills and provides great customer service. He was resourceful

5/19/21: Please note that I am a current customer of Escapes Fence and Deck.. I am writing a review in real time as the process unfolds to help others get a feel for my experience with the company. I have contracted for a deck build. The quote process was very quick and Dan was very responsive when I had additional questions. I reached out to a handful of companies requesting an estimate to replace a stretch of fence in my backyard. Tanner responded and offered a few days/times that he could come out. I chose an appointment and provided my address.
The day of Tanner did not show up...I reached out and received no response. How unprofessional to bail on an estimate appointment and not even call, text, email or message me on Yelp?! That tells me a lot about Escapes....I'm sure it goes without saying that I'll be going elsewhere with my business.

These guys are the best! We had an old fence removed and a new cedar fence and chain link installed. 4 gates, uneven ground, fence on an overgrown green belt, and one on a raised retaining wall, so not the easiest. They did an incredible job.
Dan was fast with the quote and scheduling. No upselling. Pricing was great. The whole team were friendly, helpful, professional and worked nonstop.
We have painters and landscapers here, and along with our neighbors, they've all asked who did our fence because it looks so good.
Highly recommend.

I don't often write bad reviews, I'd rather spend my time on worthy companies. This experience however we the worst I've had in a long time- major lack of communication and nasty attitude. The crew who did the fence seemed careless and aggressive (I could hear them talking as my windows were open). The fence had large chips in it, nails we're protruding, nothing was flush- it was just not well done at all. They came out and fixed their mistakes as best they could and I'm pretty understanding when people are new/untrained. That being said, I can't support a company who has an owner who berates and

We contacted Escapes based on a friend's recommendation and we could not have been happier. Dan and his crew did everything we asked of them and even made another trip out on a Friday evening to correct some areas after the job was complete.
Their prices and workmanship were outstanding. We had some reservations about putting up a fence in the first place, but the horizontal cedar fence turned out so well that we are more than confident that we made the best decision possible.
We would definitely use or recommend Escapes Fence again.

Chad and his team are a good as it gets truly. They came out and measured within 24 hours of my call. Chad discussed options with me and was able to provide a quote for different styles and woods within 7 days. The quote was fair and reasonable. He took my concerns about my dogs not being able to get under the fence into great consideration. He checked in with and my husband through out the installation that I was still happy with the progress and they completed the entire front yard in 1.5 days. It look absolutely amazing. Justin's crew did a great job removing an old retaining wall and installing a new one for us earlier this year. Dan was our first point of contact and was lovely to work with. Their crew that showed up on time and completed the project on time and budget were awesome. They gave us great ideas that we hadn't thought of and were very professional. Justin and Shane provided us with excellent work! They built a beautiful retaining wall and fence with lattice top as well as two gates (just under 100 feet total). They also added some pavers to extend our patio and demolished a deck/fence that we were replacing. They executed our vision very well, and were willing to take our input which we really appreciated. We have a high standard for work and they consistently worked to meet that expectation. We appreciate the time they spent here on our place and would recommend them! The end product was great, and all at a great price too.

We just finished having our fence replaced by Dan and his team at Escape Fence. Overall a great experience and we are very pleased with the quality of the fence we received. From start to finish Dan was prompt in returning calls and answering our inquiries. His prices are fair and competitive. During the construction of our fence there was an issue with gate placement. Dan came by saw the issue and quickly resolved everything to our satisfaction.

I recently had Dan and his team build a new cedar fence (about 100 linear feet) and a huge garden box at my new home. We received 6 bids and Dan wasn't the cheapest- but he had the best vision and seemed super knowledgeable and flexible- so we ultimately selected him for the job.
Two of Dan's crew- Justin & Chris- delivered the actual job- and they were nothing but top quality from start to finish. They built a beautiful fence with two gates and an arbor. The fence has an offset board top and it looks outstanding. Justin hand shaped a curved top gate- and it looks excellent.
