We are available Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays 9am to 1pm. Our goal is to provide our customers in the West Valley the fastest and the most reliable repair service in the Valley, and our standard is to respond to all calls within 24 hours our less. Ice maker stopped working. I called for service and explained it appeared as if my fridge was not as cool. I was told they are unable to get parts for this brand and suggest I call mfg who might be able to help.parts and service difficult to obtain even in the best of circumstances. I tried and noone answered the phone. Then my freezer went out. Still no answer. Called Gabriel's back and cancelled service on ice maker. I have used this company before and have had excellent service, friendly employees and dont gouge you. Would use again and refer them.

Jeff with Gabriel's Appliances is THE BEST in the industry. We have used his services for over 15 years now for our personal home and all our rentals and we couldn't be happier with Jeff's level of service, prices, how he educates his customers, and explains everything in detail. Jeff never disappoints. Always professional, punctual, prompt, kind and efficient. It is so nice not to pay for a Home Warranty and have a solid GO TO company like Gabriel's Appliances. So the fridge stopped working...nothing...dead (12 years old). Called Gabriel's Appliance. They were pretty booked up but Jeff (the owner) came out today. Found the defective part (bad compressor starter) and replaced it. 10% of the cost of a new fridge. Jeff explained everything to me. Highly recommend them

We had our dishwasher repaired by Gabriel’s this week. It had water that was collecting in the bottom of it and was shutting itself down without running through the wash cycle. The Gabriel’s technician discovered the problem and fixed it quickly.
It now runs perfectly. We highly recommend this company for great service and repaid!

Awesome customer service, showed up on time and very fair pricing! I also like that we did not have to pay up front when a part was needed and had to be ordered. We were promptly called as soon as the part was in and they were able to come out in a timely manner to install. Will use them now every time a repair is needed.

This place rocks. Their technicians know what they are doing, Kathy runs the front office like a pro that she is. The prices are fair if you have a problem she will work with you. It is a family-owned business they are wonderful people to deal with I can't say enough good things about them. I love this place I'm sincere about that give them a try you will not be disappointed I am completely sincere about what I say just give me a try. You will not I repeat you will not be disappointed.

I called 4 other companies that couldn't come out to fix our refrigerator for seven days. I asked for a referral from my community Facebook group and was given the name of Gabriel's Appliance Repair. I called around 10am and spoke with Kathy. After we spoke for a little while and I told her what was going on, she asked for the make, model and serial numbers and proceeded to check and make sure that the company still made the parts I might need for repair. She said that she wouldn't want to send a repair guy out to fix something that couldn't be fixed and didn't want to waste my money on the call
