I think Rick with Quality Counts is marvelous and always does a fantastic job. We've used other carpet cleaners that have messed up or left marks and Ricks always leaves the carpets looking perfect. I won't use anyone else and I manage many, many properties throughout Sarasota. My husband and I are snow birds and we call Quality Counts to come clean our carpets every year.

This is my second time with quality counts and they are wonderful. They returned my weekend call; confirmed times by text; Terry was a smiling professional who worked hard to get my dingy white carpet sparkling again. And their prices are very fair!

I have used Quality Counts before at my house for area rug cleaning as well as carpet cleaning. They did a great job and are reasonably priced. My boss wanted our area rugs cleaned at our workplace, and I suggested using Quality Counts. Once again, wonderful experience! They take their time and do a great job. Terry worked on the rugs in our office - there were many area rugs to clean. He did a wonderful job, and I would recommend him to anyone in the future. However, anyone who has come to clean from Quality Counts has been kind, professional, and thorough. I love supporting this local business

We had Quality Counts Carpet clean the carpeting in two bedrooms in our condo and they did an excellent job. The technicians arrived on time, were very courteous and professional. The price was very good and we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

Techs were friendly and personable. But, they did not put down plastic covers under the feet of chairs or tables moved, which makes me think they either missed a step, or did not move things. They finished VERY quickly. Also - unfortunately, the system that they used left streaks on my carpet, almost like there was grease on the wheels of their water tank. When I called the company, they wanted me to take pictures and send it to them, so they could "determine" if they could have caused the streaks....(since they were not there before and were there now....let's figure this out!)......We decided

Tech Hunter was wonderful! The service was great. The issue is how very disappointed I am in how “clean” my mattress came. It actually looks worse in areas that weren’t stained. I knew it wasn’t going to come entirely clean, that’s a given with pet stains, but this should be way better. After he finished I went and sprayed regular upholstery cleaner on the mud stains and they came cleaner. I certainly did not expect perfect, but I expected it to look better, not worse. Went to Publix and rented a machine. Just started and you can already see the difference
