They were very pleasant when they came and VERY VERY respectful. My carpets had very heavy traffic and puppy pee stains really bad and they also were very dirty we were VERY impressed on how clean and new the carpets looked when they were done. Extreme did an amazing job and we could not be happier. Ryan and Ashley explained everything about their services and how to maintain our tile/grout afterwards so we can maintain the look after they cleaned and sealed our floor. Carpets came out extremely clean.

Ashley and Ryan were extremely professional and good to work with. I hired them to clean our grout and when I had questions after the first treatment they came back and addressed my concerns. My grout had some discoloration and unevenness, which made it look dirty where it wasn’t even after the treatment. When I brought it up to Ryan he was very understanding and suggested that we do another treatment (free of charge) and polish the parts that are uneven. Very happy with the results and would recommend these guys to anyone, because they stand behind their work a 100%.
