I called Oasis after another dealer failed to appear when scheduled. Within 15 min of my call these fine gentlemen were at my home. Within another half hour, they had repaired my door and done some preventative maintenance. This is the epitome of stellar performance and customer care. Oasis was great from start to finish. He helped me decide which size garage door was best for my space and laid out all the pricing options for the different glass variations/widths of doors. Also was always very quick to respond to my questions, easy to communicate with and friendly. Once installed, there were a few quirks to work out after a few months of using and they came and fixed the problems at no charge. All in all, great experience and I will recommend them to anyone in the future!!

What a great overall experience. After dealing with some tornado damage to our business, we contacted several garage door companies. Phil got back with me promptly and worked with us through some adjustments we wanted to make. Phil and his team were on time (and I mean exactly when they said they would be there - to the minute!), went right to work, and communicated very well throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend his service. No need for huge shiny trucks with a logo wrap with this guy. His work speaks for itself. (besides, you pay for all that stuff with those other companies

Phil was very helpful today as I called around to get a repair for our garage door that I backed into. He looked at photos and tentatively penciled is a in for this afternoon. We went w someone else due to logistics but he texted me to check back in. That's follow up- good biz practice! I'd try calling him again if we need it... hoping we never do. Must stay more mindful. But shout out to good service even in the search.

The torsion spring on my garage door recently broke and I was thinking about repairing it myself. Luckily, I spoke with a coworker and he recommended that I give Phillip a call. He came the next day to determine what size spring I needed and repaired my garage the same day. His price was very fair and arrived at the scheduled time. After he was done, we shared his info on our subdivision's Facebook site and one of our neighbors contacted him the very same day. He turned his truck around and fix theirs too! Excellent experience. My garage door was seriously messed up and he came out and within 2 hours had it working perfectly again. He thought I was going to need a new garage door opener, fortunately he was able to fix the existing one saving me hundreds. He was also immediately available as soon as I called him. I highly recommend Oasis Garage Doors.
