Just had a service call completed by Sammy. I will admit I was hesitant but really needed to have the garage door repaired. He showed up on time, I got a 30 min call ahead time, he started with an appropriate greeting ( I’m a old southern woman). Got straight to work, fixed everything and then some. Gave me helpful tips on things I should do and watch for. Made suggestions for the future, when the need arises to purchase a new garage door opener. No hard sale for buying a new one now!! Awesome service
