They came to do the work three weeks after appointment was made. Not good to tell us a week and keep pushing us to different days. Then not be real clear on when you will do it.
They did do amazing work though now the job is done. Good jobs guys! The only thing I didn't agree with, was the lady that takes the calls and came out to price the job. She was rude to my aunt. she never called her back, when she said she would. She seemed like they have to many appointments for her to keep up with. She did seem over worked. Customer service means a lot. I almost went
