Brick Dr. Bill did a horrible job on our brick pavers. We spent over $1000 having them level and re-sand our back porch pavers. Bill sent out one person who was-on his cell phone the whole time in 90° heat and did the work with his other hand. When my husband called to complain, Bill was very rude and condescending. We are still living with this piss poor job. I can't wait to have a real professional come out to maintain our pavers.

Two years ago they sealed my pavers improperly, which left a white haze on them. I was told that it must have been something I did, as this hadn't happened to them before. He said to wait a year or two before sealing again, and after two years they still looked terrible. As others have said, they're great to work with as long as you don't run into an issue. I found another company to fix the problem, and they confirmed that the hazing was caused by improper sealing. If you like the look of sealers on your pavers be VERY careful who you choose to do the work.

Stay away! Brick Doctor Bill does not respond if you have any Issues with his work. Which of course you will. Spent almost $2k last year the pavers/steps are falling apart - much worse than before he did the work. Had 3 reputable companies out that all said the same thing / inferior work and materials - used cheap sand. Bill refused to come out and look at it and told me to call another contractor. Best advice he could have given me.

I have been using brick doctor bill for the past several years for paver cleaning and maintenance. Each year his team comes out to maintain my brake paver walkway and sidewalk and porch. Every couple of years they do a complete power washing as well. Bill is very quick to communicate and let me know when his team will be coming by so I can expect them. If there is a delay due to rain he will also let you know. I've been happy with the work. See photos.

Pricing was high for the job, but based on recommendation from a friend we tried him.
Work was sub-par and required the crew to return and essentially redo the entire job over. Still not great result, but I'm tired of dealing with them...I won't use them again.
Bill needs to check the crew's work, prior to calling and saying it's complete. Once he checked the work, he agreed to send the guys back. Of course, I hadn't paid him yet, so I had the leverage. Bill seems like a nice guy, but maybe trusts his guys (poor workmanship) too much.
I'll try someone else next

I have been customer for about 10 years, having Brick Doctor Bill power wash and seal my decks every 2-3 years. They used to be great. But the last two times the sealing had been substandard. After paying $600, the attached pictures is what my deck looks like after 6 weeks. Weeds growing in the cracks and splotchiness in the finish.
I sent two emails over two weeks with these photos and left a message on voicemail. No ranting emails are raised voices, just request for them to comment and reply to my inquiries. No response.
