Never, ever go through these people for flooring. Every step of this process has been one colossal screw up after another. Ordering the wrong parts, not ordering enough, miss measuring, not delivering all of the parts, they've done it ALL. As I write this the installers currently laying flooring in my basement aren't able to finish the job because Jake's ordered stair nosing that matches the bathroom flooring, not the basement.
The incompetence has been absolutely staggering. I cannot stress enough that if you're looking at having floors done, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!

I cannot say enough good things about Jakes Cabinets. After a terrible experience at a big box store I reached out to Jakes online and received a telephone call within an hour asking how they could help. Jakes was able to find me a better quality cabinet within my price range. I have been working with Ali on my kitchen remodel and she is extremely attentive and professional. We tried several kitchen stores when planning our kitchen remodel. Several were over budget or horrible at communicating. Ali at Jake's Cabinets made us feel at ease right away. Believe or not, I worked with Melissa for nine years (2009 - 2018) on the design of my kitchen following her from Home Depot to JPS Marble and Granite. It took that long for me to get the financing. Melissa Kedzierski is fantastic to work with. She has an eye for detail and is willing to go above any beyond for her clients. She was willing to do multiple design iterations just to help me visualize my project and when there was a small snag, she personally took care of it. I highly recommend putting your trust in her.
