I had my new hot tub delivered and installed today. It was amazing to see it hoisted over my house and dropped on my deck. The team onsite was terrific and looked after every detail. My end-to-end customer journey was excellent. I had a great customer experience and will be reaching out to them for service now that my hot tub is installed.

I purchased a hot tub from NE Spas many years ago, and it started acting up. It took me a while to get an appointment (we are in a pandemic after all) but today Dave Groulx came by. I am an engineer and watched over Dave's shoulder as he expertly debugged the problem and made recommendations to fix it and address other needs. Dave replaced the circuit board in 10 minutes and completely resolved the issue. Not a cheap fix but compared with the price of a new tub well worth it! We will be soaking outside again tomorrow!

Shopping for a hot tub was a wonderful experience at New England Spas! Even though I was shopping for an out of state home and knew I couldn't buy there, Rosalie was very helpful and knowledgeable. The worst experience that we have ever encountered with a a service company. They came in to repair a spa, then replaced a part without discussing it with the owner, charged what they charged, the spa was not even repaired. We called again and after many tries, we finally got someone to talk to us. They said in writing that they would send a technician to look at it again "Free of Charge" again we get charged a huge amount and they say that the part cannot be refunded and still the spa is not working. They are a rip off!

Buying our swim spa through New England Spas has been a great experience from start to finish! I wanted to give a shoutout to a few people that have really gone above and beyond during this process. Jeff Meunier has been amazing in helping us with the purchase of the spa as well as any questions at all that have come up during the process. Bruce and his team are incredible (we had a very tight space that we were determined to fit the swim spa and they made it happen!). Was have a issue during my seasonal start up of my hot tub. Explained over the phone with Ellen Levine that I was getting a "Flo Error". She described a couple of scenarios of what it might be. Unfortunately do to the pandemic I had a wait a couple of weeks for the service apt. Ellen told me to keep a small space heater inside the cabinet to prevent freezing until the tech could get there. Great Idea! Once Nicholas Groulx was able to come, he quickly diagnosed the issue and easily replace the flow switch, and we were back in business. Nick was onsite for maybe 30min. The one negative was the cost

Could not be happier with our NE Spas experience! Jason, Bruce, and also the team that ultimatley delivered the swim spa were all top notch. Jason was amazing. Treated us like friends from the start, had us try out a few of the models we were looking at, and answered every single question we had (and I had a lot of questions :-) I highly recommend visiting their showroom and/or warehouse to try out the type of spa you are looking for. It really helps you choose the best option for you. And when I visit the Natick store to pick up supplies, Jason and I pick up our conversation like it was yesterday

We purchased a hot tub from Matt St. Thomas today in the Auburn, MA store. His service was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. He took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure that we were 100% comfortable and confident in our purchase. I have never been more satisfied with a purchase in my life. Matt St Thomas Was incredible to work with very responsive and hand walked me through the whole entire process. The delivery of the tub was very Seamless and the delivery guys did a great job and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The water care treatment class that we took with Jason was the icing on the cake for tremendous customer service all around. Hoping there’s an opportunity for me to potentially buy other items from them in the future.

Timing is everything! We ordered our hot tub at the beginning of the pandemic and Thank God we did. Last Spring I think they had so much demand that it went through October! We use our hot tub almost every night and even put a tv inside in the window frame so we can watch the game while soaking. It has become a ritual for our family for a nightly dip and has become the envy of the neighborhood as we all look a lot more relaxed than we did in the beginning of the pandemic. I would recommend Norm and New England Spas to anyone looking to relax and spend more time with the family!

We had our new hot tub delivered today from New England Spas. Mike, Dennis and Nick did an awesome job! They arrived right on time, had all the tools, obvious experience and expertise needed to assemble and place the hot tub exactly where we wanted it on our lakefront patio. All packaging was neatly bundled for disposal. They were extremely pleasant and courteous despite the bitterly cold and windy conditions. The hot tub looks great. We are very pleased. If there was a zero option I would have selected that. Worst service experience imaginable. When you call for service you get an uninformed, unprofessional call service -- and never get a call back. Not what you expect when you drop $14K for one of these. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

This company was one of the best service providers a few years ago, but has fallen on hard times. I had to call 8 or 9 times to get a response, then it took months for an appointment. Started in June for my hot tub leaking with a few lights out. Finally got someone out who charged $300 and fixed something not leaking and said the lights were another call. An hour later, tub was down a foot again. Literally Months later another service guy returned who charged $1000 to repair lights and fix what he called an obvious leak. NEVER EVER PURCHASE from New England Spas, if you need service, they won't call you back, schedule, or keep an appointment. Our $15K hot tub has been COMPLETELY INOPERABLE SINCE OCTOBER (nearly two months ago). New England Spas wouldn't return calls, emails, and web app appointment requests. Exasperated, and after several weeks of unanswered service requests, I called and spoke with a very helpful sales manager who apologized and had their service department return my calls to schedule a service call for December 7 (two months after we first began requesting service). I bought my hot tub at New Englands Spas 1.5 years ago. The salesperson was Greg Cady. He was very helpful and knowledgable but what ultimately "sold" me was that he promised good service.
I can honestly say that their service is phenomenal. Whenever we have had a problem with our hot tub, the service department has always been there for us and worked with us to address all of our issues.
For anyone who is looking to buy a hot tub that comes with the peace of mind of great service, I'd strongly recommend New England Spas in Norwell!!! Special kudos to Stephen Hanna and Jeremiah Belanger

Don't bother trying these people out. We paid for an installation and removal service for a spa cover and received nothing but headaches. We were given excuses for why each time the removal of our old cover was not done. The second time they came to remove the cover they left the remaining bar and trash on our front lawn. We only asked for the respect of what we paid for and this is how this company respects you. They don't care. They offered NOTHING in return for their late and poor customer service. We purchased our Spa almost 5 years ago and absolutely love the product. Our outdoor spa is most definitely not a materialistic item, it is a part of my family. We are heavy users, therefore with that, comes upkeep, patience, and damages. Here are my pro's, con's and suggestions.

Pro's:
1. The hot tub itself. It is no secret that we purchased from the best of the best.

2. The sales associates definitely know what they are talking about. Listen to them.

3. Find a technician who you relate too, who will be honest with you, and who you trust, and just use them. We have had a

Great store in Norwell. I bought my second hot tub here. They listened to my needs and sold me a great hot tub at a great price. Delivery was on-time and the setup went perfect. They supplied me with the right chemicals and walked me through the easy care and maintenance of my tub and were helpful when I vcalled back with an electrical question at a later date.
If you want a tub, stop here and ask for Rob Cotoia. He gets the job done for you.
