I noticed many people buying spas online or at home improvement stores because dealerships were simply too expensive. After becoming turned off by high prices, low quality, and pushy salespeople, I was about to purchase a spa from the internet myself.

I highly recommend Four Season Spas! Roger was great to work with - helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as we asked a lot of questions. He understood a hot tub is a large purchase and helped us through the process. Pricing is extremely fair. Our tub took awhile to come in, but Roger was completely transparent up front about the timing for the particular tub we wanted. It also ended up coming in sooner than we had expected which was a nice surprise. Delivery and install was exactly as and when promised. I also liked dealing with a family business. We are loving our new hot tub!

Our experience with Roger and the team at Four Seasons Spa was above and beyond. We ordered our Spa in April and it was installed today (no fault of Four Seasons Spa) and the process was seamless and professional. I called Roger a few times to ask various questions about installation, from electrical and proper leveling and each time Roger was perfect - never got aggravated with any questions, no matter how many I asked. I would never go anywhere else for my spa needs (or recommend anyone else).

Four Season Spas is the best. Honest and upfront with delivery delays with Covid. The spa was well worth the wait. Customer service is beyond exceptional. Everything about the spa and the chemicals was thoroughly explained. I had a question a few days after installation and texted Roger, the owner, he responded within minutes. Everyone loves the spa. It has been a great place to get all the kids together and actually talk about whats going on in their lives. Don't hesitate to use this company for your spa needs.

We Purchased a Cal Spa hot tub from four seasons spas in Rehoboth, MA! We were extremely pleased with everything this company had to offer. We visited the facility and purchased our spa. We were told a date our product would be in and delivered. The timing was accurate and Roger, the owner was very helpful with several emails I had sent inquiring about different things to prepare for our spa. Delivery was seamless and we had no issues at all. Roger was very courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend Four Season Spas!

Absolutely great experience buying from Roger. He genuinely cares about the product and makes sure you have an enjoyable process. He has great expertise and is always available to answer questions. The install of our tub went so smoothly Roger and his team worked extremely thoroughly, making sure everything was just right. Roger also gave me a lesson on water care that was extremely helpful. Roger is the real deal! First, his pricing is highly competitive but more important to me was his customer service level. All interactions I had with him were extremely professional. He really cares about your hot tub experience and wants to ensure his customers are highly satisfied! He always responded to my questions in a timely way and was very open and honest with the process which certainly had some challenges due to the pandemic (supply chain challenges which are out of Roger’s control). The owner named Roger spent a significant amount of time when we were looking. He made sure to listen to why we wanted one and what it would mainly be used for. He helped us pick one that met my medical needs and when delivery day came He was àmazingly just as kind going over all directions, maintenance, etc., as the install occurred.
His staff was quick, polite and just all around professional. Roger also makes sure you know that can reach out any time if have questions or concerns.. Even more he has done step by step videos to help as well as typed overview which is amazing..

There’s only one word to describe my Cal Spa hot tub and the service Roger and his family provided…LOVE!
I waited a couple months from the time of delivery to leave my review. The entire experience was tremendous! I use every seat, as each one provides a different message. There is one corner seat that has so much power, if you want, it literally pushes you forward and feels great. It took me a couple weeks to get a hang of balancing the water, but after that it has been pretty easy to take care of. The tub seems to maintain its temperature without having to kick the heat on all the time.

Roger was just wonderful to work with. The videos he has made are so helpful and informative. Our spa arrived today on time and we cannot wait to start enjoying it. We purchased a hot tub from Four Seasons in July 2021. I found Roger and his team after extensive research with hot tub dealers all over New England as we decided we wanted a hot tub during the Covid lock down (along with many other people!). Roger was extremely helpful, low pressure, was able to articulate exactly what different features were worth paying the extra money for, and what were gimmicks. Roger's customer service is outstanding. He is very trustworthy, highly skilled and you will never, ever, beat his price! Ever. Roger and his dad , Don, delivered our spa after we purchased it. They were so respectful of our property and they also cleaned everything perfectly when they completed the installation. Everything was explained to us in detail and we were given free chemicals. We were also given some great handouts about the spa that Roger designed and they were very informative. They are the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Too bad all companies were not run like this.
