With over 20 years of experience in all phases of hot tub & swimming pool repair you can feel confident that your pool or hot tub is in good hands. In 1998 Mike started out as a swimming pool installer / laborer, for a swimming pool and spa company out of East Falmouth, MA ( CAPE COD, MA) then started to go out on hot tub deliveries, and warranty service calls.
Some repair services are performed on the spot if we have your needed parts on our service vehicle. Before any job is performed a verbal or written estimate will be provided which you will need to agree to. It is common practice for you to have to sign a service agreement Before your service begins and before a repair is performed.
Unfortunately your hot tub cover almost never gets cleaned because you just don't want to clean it or even do one more thing today, you just want to climb into your hot tub and relax, right? Our hot tub sprang a leak. We called Aquatic Technologies to do a diagnostic. First, he had quoted $125 for the diagnostic and $125 per hour, but when he showed up he was charging $150. I asked and he said, “all I know is that rates just went up”. I assumed he was an employee and didn’t challenge that, but he is in fact the owner. After an assessment, he identified that that once piece of the pump wasn’t working and ordered a part to replace. When the part came, we learned it don’t fit the 7 year old pump. We ordered the full pump, paid him for his fee hours of labor that day and crossed
