Pool Tiger works by passing pool water through our proprietary nozzle system that converts it to water vapor, super-heating it for a fraction of a second. Instantly, the water vapor collapses, cools and reverts back to liquid. This cavitation process helps control bacteria and algae. Well, here in Arizona it's very dry and dusty, and the debris, especially around the dust storm seasons can make a big impact on your filter. It is very important to clean your filter on a regular basis, to ensure effective and efficient running of all of your pool equipment. We recommend cleaning annually for sand filters and every 4-6 months for DE and cartridge filters.

We kept the previous owners pool service (Kangaroo) when we bought our home in 2019. We have been extremely happy with the service they provide and they are very reasonably priced for service and repairs. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Kangaroo Pools and their entire staff. Over the years they have always responded to any issues or repairs in a timely manner. Unlike other pool services I had in the past, the team at Kangaroo Pools took the time to understand my rather difficult pool and spa systems. Vince, Vanessa and everyone in the company have kept my pool looking great and all systems working as they should. Their prices are very fair. I have never felt as if I was overcharged for anything. I thought I had a leak with my pool leveler. I was under a quick time deadline and called Vince and he squeezed me in same day. there wasn't a leak with the leveler, so he did a few more tests. The problem wasn't anything he could fix so he recommended a company that could. He was very informative throughout. Vince didn't charge me for all he did. I would highly recommend him

Kangaroo Pools performed waterline calcium removal for me one year ago. The job was completed beautifully and we were 100% satisfied with the quality of the work, but holy smokes are these guys expensive! The pool was remodeled less than two years ago, so the calcium waterline problem wasn't very bad, but that didn't stop Kangaroo from charging me $350 for 120 feet of tile cleaning. So, this year I went to Harbor Freight, bought a soda blaster for $109 and a 50-pound bag of sodium bicarb for $40. Now I'm now able to get the exact same results at a fraction of the cost. For the first 2 years, all 5 star, we are snowbirds and must rely on honesty from contractors when we are away. last fall service went to hell ( while we were in Canada) sad, Vince the owner, great attitude, knowledgeable and caring, then all of a sudden< bad service. sadly In my 35 years of pool ownership ( various homes) most pool companies start out great, then slowly fade. In AZ there are more pool service companies vs available pools than any other state. just be honest, provide fair service, simple plan. sad you could follow that. Follow up to my review as Kangaroo just responded. I guess

We had contracted with Kangaroo Pools 4 years ago to install a Bionizer System on our brand new pool. The Bionizer is an Australian product and we were told by the salesman (Laurence) that the system was maintenance free and had hundreds of installations on commercial and residential pools. Vince from Kangaroo Pools introduced himself as the Bionizer support for the greater Phoenix area and a seasoned professional. We had the system installed. It relies on copper interacting with the water to sanitize the pool without the need for chlorine. Immediately form the start of the system a trail of stains

Used them for years and I am an out out of state Landloard but treat the rental like a home. I feel they treat their work the same way, business but personal. Kangaroo staff are great communicators, workers are reliable and do a good job, as well as prices are fair. I like their email weekly reports with readings and pics. Those pics for an of state landlord are priceless. Thanks Kangaroo and I would recommend you to anyone. Keep up the good work!

Vincent provided "start up" services for our pool we just had built. He came out twice in 2 days as the process to establish the ability to control the pool through an app took some time. There were updates needed and calls to Pentair support. He remained patient. He had set up pools prior so knew his way around the Pentair app. We'll be using his weekly pool service. Will review it later. Start up fee was $250. Added chems to our pool, provided chlorine floater and installed 2 bubblers. Will convert to Salt Water system in 30 days, so he's treating it like a chlorine system

We recently bought a home in Scottsdale, and we've never had a pool/spa before. Our realtor recommended Kangaroo Pools. From the very first phone call, they have been wonderful! Great communication, lots of info about service options and pricing, very pleasant to deal with. They replaced the old pool heater and pad, and did a beautiful job. Now that we've had 2 months of service and billing, I'm still a happy customer. We had issues with the hot tub, so I called Vanessa. She's so pleasant and helpful. If you live out in the foothills of Scottsdale you need to use these guys
They let you know exactly when and how much was put into pool, they give you a read out of your pools chemicals .....not only that both Vanessa and Vince are really awesome people to work with. I've had some really bad pool folks before so i was really scared to hve another bad experience......much to my surprise I feel like we might just have gotten lucky...

Vincent is the best. He installed our pool automation system and then worked with us closely to train us on the new system. He was incredibly responsive. He kept us fully informed on the progress of the installation and weeks after the system was up and running, he rushed to our home to fix a problem our guests had created. I recommend Vincent highly.

Vince and Vanessa are amazing at pool care and maintenance! Our pool as it started warming up, took a hard turn for the worse and just looked horrible and of course right before the weekend with company coming over. Within two days, the cloudiness issue disappeared, the algae was gone and with water is sparkling once again. I can't say enough about this company. Great people, great Australian accents AND they know pools!
