We recently had our master bath renovated and couldn't be happier. Justin and his team were very professional. There workmanship was out standing. We have had a lot of renovations over the the years from other contractors and Legacy was by far the best experience we've ever had. His team was always on time, neat and was on budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will be using them again soon.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
In 2017 my husband and I hired Legacy Renovation to remodel our basement. It's a family business which I had no problem with, but if you had a problem with Justin then Wendy the mother would have a problem with you. We were given one price in the beginning and the price changed 2 more times. We were told they had a crew that would be working to have my basement completed in 3 months three months turned into 6 months. Come to find out they had one person doing all the work. Some days the guy wouldn't even come to work. The quality of work is horrible. The laminate floors

I found Legacy Renovations to be both professional and very organized. When you call Wendy answers right away and is dedicated to making sure you are kept up to date on your renovation from concept with their designers to the renovation with their talented contractors. From what I can see there is nothing that they can't do. SNOBS and will Judge you!! Be warned... I had called to get a quote on our master bathroom remodel. I stated we had a budget of $20,000, which I believe is great for a master bathroom. The receptionist pulled up our house on the internet to see bathroom. She was very happy during the first part of conversion until she saw the pictures of the house and bathroom. Now bare in mind those pictures where posted before we even bought the house in 2012 and we have made several updates. Her attitude changed and stated she would reach out to the person that comes out to give quotes and should here back

We had a great experience with Legacy. We basically had the whole main floor redone, including the kitchen, so it was a major project. We have three small children and they were even considerate enough to supply us with a little makeshift kitchen so we didn't have to eat out the entire time, which was a lifesaver. We never asked them to do this, Justin and Mitch just took the initiative. They were open throughout the process and always kept us informed about what was going on. Wendy, the receptionist, is so sweet and personable. I used to be embarrassed by our kitchen, now it is my favorite place

We began the process of a kitchen and first floor remodel with Justin in May. After speaking to multiple companies, we decided to go with Legacy Renovations. The main reason for our choice was that Justin claimed he could take down an existing wall that others could not. We then put a deposit down with Legacy.
On a subsequent visit it seemed that Justin had completely forgotten about the wall. We started on phase 2, with a start date on construction of July 11. In the meantime, Legacy made only a few rough renderings. We were offered one set of appliances.

Set up an appointment with Justin to come give me an estimate, and received a call 15 minutes past the time he was suppose to be here to cancel the appointment. Not only that he didn't even have the nerve to call and tell me, he got his receptionist to call and inform me. Terrible business, and customer service.

Justin and his crew is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I called Justin and requested an estimate on remodeling my basement, he arrived on time and was well mannered. Later that evening he emailed me with detailed 3D plans of what we had discussed earlier.......I was SOLD and decided to use his Company for my project.
Throughout the job they maintained a professional atmosphere and provided me with regular updates. Upon completion, Justin and I performed a walk-through, where he verified that my expectations were met.............It turned out AWESOME!!!!! Will definitely be using him
