This is the builder of our new construction home we purchased in 2019. Overall, the house is fine, but very poor quality finishing. You can tell the contractors used do not care about making sure things are done correctly, look nice, or will last. We have cracks in our drywall all over the house from poor mud jobs. Walls are crooked. Doors aren't flush with the frame after settling. Our front yard settled in such a way that we have a giant crater near our sewer drain.
Oh, and if you want something fixed that as broken by a contractor, make sure it gets done BEFORE closing. Our window frame was

We bought a house that was advertised as a newly renovated and almost brand new house. The owner of Premier Homes & Contracting Group, LLC, Adam Ewing, bought this foreclosure home from a bank and flipped it for sale. As we first walked into the house, everything was brand new (floor, wall, paint, appliances, etc.) and looked great. However, we regret our purchase over this home. He did a very poor job renovating this house, top to bottom and every square inch.
On the day of the inspection, he also showed up (which we were not aware of), walked around with the inspector directing him what to do
