While we are primarily involved in cleaning and restoration work, we do a limited amount of search and sales for our clients. My family had Ben over to appraise our rugs and it was a fantastic experience. He was so incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and professional. We had such a great time hearing everything he was able to tell us. He also was incredibly generous with his time and so gracious when I called back with more questions. I can’t recommend this place enough, they went above and beyond. We will absolutely be returning whenever we need to get our rugs cleaned.
