Horrible. I am a custom woodworker and we have been trying to give Cofer a chance and then another chance and another etc. Only to be disappointed every time. Processing is horrible you have to talk to 3-4 people just to buy something and they print off about 8 receipts. We are done. No more chances.

Funny story, a friend and I were eating across the street and decided to see what all they had because it looked like an Ace Hardware type store.
The front doors were locked and it said use side doors.
We went to the side doors and there was a guy who stopped us and asked us what we wanted. I said we have never been there and wanted to walk through and see what all they had.
He said, no, we don't allow that here. You have to know what you want and we assign you a salesman.
We left.

While it was nice that they had everything we needed and delivery was within a couple of days which was great, we were just a little uncomfortable during the delivery only because of the virus. It would have been nice for who was delivering to have a mask on. He had on no mask, gloves, or shoe covers and just walked right in before we could really say anything and touched our daughters toys. Just made us a little un easy. If the virus wasn't going around that wouldn't have been an issue at all.

Uncomfortable...all of the sales associates treat the customers with a very condescending tone. I've been a couple of times and thought maybe I just caught someone on a bad day or maybe it was just me. Regrettably, it's the same every time. Ugghh...get better Cofer Bros. Great customer service beats quality product or good pricing any day. I'd much rather have at least decent customer service.

I work with the entertainment industry.
Great Vendor to work with... Never have had any problems. Their Yard Guys are super quick super safe and knowledgeable.
They have what any construction crew needs or they can get it fast. So as Not to slow down production schedules.
Sales and Counter People are super friendly and quick with the PO's.
The pick ticket(s) always ready when I arrive.
Keep in mind you are not the only customer in the world with a dead line.
Thanks for everything... A grateful Teamster

Go to place with inventory and helpful people. I needed doors, so I first tried Home Depot and their contractors gave me massive runarounds and could not even measure the doors properly. I then went to Lowes, they measured just fine but 4-5 months later they had not come in. I went to Cofer Brothers and in a short time, 1 week, I was able to get the exact doors in needed (9 total) for a lot less than through the big box stores. If you know what you want, then Cofer Brothers should be one of your first locations to at least talk and think about options. The staff working there answered my questions

This store is a gem of Tucker, GA. It's a family owned business that's been around for almost 100 years old and has more to come. The staff, inside and out, are very knowledgeable and courteous. They will go the extra mile to help customers out with whatever is needed. They connect with their customers on a more personal level and assess every situation with the same integrity as they would their own.
All are welcome, they are open to the public and contractors.

These guys are very unprofessional, rude, and disorganized. I called to request a quote before lunch, they didn't get it back to me until the next afternoon, and then told me delivery wasn't possible until late the next day. This may be a decent place for consumers, but not at all for contractors. You're better off going to Home Depot.

Are these all the manufacturers of sliding doors you carry?
We actually don't carry them but we can order them. There isn't much of a demand for sliding doors.
I'm demanding them. Can I get a quote?
Not right now. You can leave your name & number.
Can I send the specs to the email address on this business card?
Yes.
Out of the manufacturers you carry which do you think are the best?
We don't actually carry them in stock.
............you know what, that's ok, thanks so much. [puts back item in hand and goes to Ace, it really is the place]
See, I went there

I went in here today to get some nails and to see if they had base board moulding that is in my house-- THEY DO! I have this fancy shmancy moulding and base boards so it was great that they have it, and it is at a very reasonable price. Upon entry, ONE man greeted me very fervently, and helped me find my base boards. I don't know his name, but he was the only African-American employee. I wish that the other employees would have greeted me like he did, but they didn't.
That aside, he was awesome, super helpful, and the store had all that I needed. While I was walking through, another
