Services
Randall Brothers, Inc., now entering its 136th year in business, has been the moulding company professional contractors and residents in and around the Atlanta and surrounding markets have relied on for architectural moldings, millwork and many other building material products. Since our founding in 1885, we've based our business on two simple ideas: provide superior products and offer outstanding customer service.
Everyone agrees that an organization depends on its customers, and that the organization cannot exist unless there are customers who buy their products and/or services. For this reason, the organization must understand the requirements of its customers and should focus to exceed those expectations and understand their requirements on a continual and ongoing basis.

I like going here much better than Home Depot or Lowes. You can always find an associate to ask for help with whatever project you have questions about or thing you are looking for.
Jeff has helped me before. He knows a lot and is happy to share his wisdom.
Their selection of wood and trim is better than anything else in the neighborhood.

He spends all the time in the world with you, happily explaining things, he’s extremely knowledgeable. For me, the customer experience and the quality of the products is huge. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. After attempting both emails and phone calls to find out the pricing on 2 new Simpson doors, my husband and I finally went down to their Marietta St location because we had been told we’d get better service if we went in person. That couldn’t have been further from the truth. We asked a young “inside salesmen” for some help and told him what we were looking for. He told me “we don’t have samples and we’re out of catalogs because of the pandemic, but go online to the Simpson website and tell us what the door number is and

I had to beg to get a quote for some Trex and Fortress handrail product. Once I got the quote within the week that it took to get approval and payment from my customer the price went up. I had to demand that they honor the first quote. The first delivery attempt was only about half of the material. The second delivery attempt, about half of what they delivered was wrong.
This was my first attempt with Fortress, so I sent a drawing of the deck to the salesperson Edwar and he helped complete my order. Instead of ordering the stair railing brackets, he sent angle brackets(not for stairs). I asked

We have a craftsman style home with unique molding that you can't find at Home Depot. I called several building supply stores and none had what we needed. I sent a picture to a salesman and he immediately told me what I needed and provided a quote. Same day we had what we needed.
This is the place to go for reasonable prices for specialty products.

Excellent service from Edgar! He gave us expert advice, information and tips to start the crown moulding project for our home. Went the extra mile to check on a lock set we were interested in and provided timely feedback. Best selection and pricing. Sorry Home Depot and Lowes. Randall Bros is the only place for moulding, doors and hardware.

I called to get a price on a door and followed up with an email to K. Kelly with the specs. No reply. Called the following day and she said she was working on it. No reply back from her. Called again 2 days later and she said she would call the vendors and call me back. Never heard from her even after my multiple calls, so I gave up. I guess they do not need my business. Terrible customer communication and service. Would never buy from them.

The place to go for moulding and trim for older houses, such as mine. I needed to replace some picture moulding and they had almost the exact style I need. Close enough that it will work. I also bought a really nice back door from Randall Brothers years ago.
Service can be a bit slow. You might have to stand around for a while until a sales rep is available. This is not Lowe's or Home Depot with dozens of aproned associates roaming the aisles.
Plenty of parking.

I purchased some window frames from there as they were not standard sizes windows. They charged me 3 times more then regular price store.
I went back to look for the laundry bi-folds and I sent them a link from the Lowe's store with photo and exact specifications of the doors and the look. They gave me a quote. A few months pass by and I decide to buy them so i send the n. of the quote and ask them to order it. I sent a check in and they told me it was arriving in 2 weeks. I live out of town so I booked a flight to come back in 3 weeks to take care of the work there. ..... 2 weeks pass and

A local hardware store with a selection of hard to find items for older houses. If you need trim, molding, or wood pieces for your house and you don't want to go the salvage route, Randall Brothers is a great option. You'll pay a bit more for anything there than you would at Lowe's or Home Depot, but that's the trade off for a better selection from a stand alone location.
Parking is on the side of the building facing Marietta, close to the World Congress Center parking and CNN Center. There's not a big sign for the store and it can be easy to miss if you're zooming
