Worst experience ever... the people who run this company are very incapable and unprofessional at running a business. I hired them to treat a rat infestation at an income property. They quoted me $245 prior to service which is why I went with them. After the first day of the service they said it was going to be $350 for the whole unit and all they did was set 3 sticky traps that did not catch any rats. I paid the $350 and they have failed to give me 3 weeks of service as promised. I have very angry tenants who have a rat problem that has now grown out of control and am out $350 with a company that

My property management company keeps sending this terrible company to my house for bugs. Rodney came for his second time today. He only treated my kitchen & never came back inside to say he was done or leaving. Next thing I know my dog is running down the middle of the street. Rodney left without saying anything and left my gate open for my 3 dogs to escape. If he was here id slap him across the face. This company is absolutely terrible. BEWARE!
UPDATE: I JUST SPOKE THE OWNER ANDREW AND HE SAID IF I CARED ABOUT MY DOGS I WOULD HAVE CHECKED THE GATE. HE SAID I WOULD SEND HIM TO HELP YOU LOOK

I was skeptical about this company due to all the negative reviews. I'm glad I tried them out. They were able to accommodate me on a holiday weekend, their staff was professional and knowledgeable, stayed in touch with me thru the process. They provided me with multiple treatment options and were not pushy. Couldn't ask for more.

We had an AWFUL experience with ABZ pest control. We were scheduled for someone to come between 1:00-3:00 so my husband stayed home and grandma took off work to help with the baby, we cleared out the garage to be sprayed because the garage and exterior were what the receptionist and I settled on to start out with before we packed up everything in our kitchen. No one showed up, so around 4:15 I called their office, the receptionist called the tech Rodney and said he was there between 2:00-2:30 but no one answered the door so he just sprayed the front yard and backyard. I used this agency to get rid of my horrendous ant problem over the years. They use to be wonderful and the original owner (father) was so courteous and picked up the phone at all hours. Last year, I believe his son took over, which I like to say I really liked too- very courteous and thorough. I purchased the monthly package, however the receptionist just started making all sorts of errors sending me folks when they weren't supposed too. Then they sent me a new guy that would spray for ants and literally one hour later they were back. I called back they sent him out again and he was upset

Nice guys, but not worth it. Mice problem. They basically tell you common sense solutions, Set traps, fill holes outside. They set the traps but they don't even fill the holes, just tell you to do it. That will be $200+ please. They also said they would call for a follow up to check traps. Never heard from them once they cashed the check. No follow up.

I contacted this business for them to come out to determine if I had squirrels or mice in my attic. We set the appointment and then didn't show.
I tried to give them a chance again and called to see if they'd set another appointment and the charge went up from $45 the week before to $55.
Bad customer service + Fluctuating Prices = Bad Business to me!

I have been using ABZ Pest Control for years and they are a great company! I own many rental properties and I have used ABZ for all my pest prevention needs for those properties. I have been treated extremely well by the professional and helpful people. When I have questions the owner of the company will return my call personally.
