The tech. Showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. I had him clean 3 room and my stairs plus my couch. He did an amazing job and help with drying it out quicker with his own fans. I will definitely being using valley carpet for the future.

Rex did an amazing job our very stained and smelly carpets thanks to dog pee. Our old carpets looked just about brand new! We also had our sofa cleaned and it came out beautifully! He was prompt, efficient and so friendly! We definitely recommend Valley Carpet care! Thanks Rex!

Just had Valley Carpet Care out to clean the carpets and tile today. With four kids in the house it was very much needed. Tom, the Technician from Valley Carpet, called me in advance to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival we did a walk through of the areas I wanted cleaned and I asked Tom to provide a cost quotation. The quotation matched exactly what I had discussed with the office personnel during an earlier call…no upselling or nickel and diming. Tom commenced to get going and did a FANTASTIC job! With professionalism and surety, Mike, removed stains, odors, and brought life back to my carpets. He went over every option and cost associated. There is no hidden fees and very understanding. He spent time on each room to ensure the job was done to reflect the name they have built. I will use them again and refer my family and friends. Worth every penny and right before the holidays. This is a great family owned business. They treat you like family. Mike and Matt came out and did a great job cleaning all my furniture. They were very careful to protect my home. They were polite and considerate young men. I previously had my carpets cleaned and had the same great experience. Pricing is good too. I would highly recommend Valley Carpet Care.

Thomas was AMAZING. We had an appointment for carpet cleaning and our carpets looked like they needed to be replaced. Thomas came in and made them look 10 years younger!! I was seriously amazed. He then asked about my tile floors. I have a housekeeper who steam cleans them every other week so I figured it was as good as it was gonna get. But Thomas showed me a small sample of how much cleaner they could be. He even was able to take care of them SAME day!! I had to go to work but when I got home I barely recognized my kitchen!! I am going to have them come out and do my tile on a regular basis from
