I'm a realtor and I had a listing that was in pretty bad shape with pet odor and dirt and it was a mess, not to mention it was white carpet. I called Rodney the day before asking him if there was any way he could make it in the morning and clean the carpets. He literally moved his schedule around to accommodate me which was insane to me but not only that the carpets looked amazing!!! I'm not just saying that either. The smell was gone and the carpet was all white again, I couldn't believe it. I would 110% recommend this company to everyone I know. I couldn't thank him enough

No show, no return calls, and I waited for over two hours and planned my schedule to be here! Also, ran to answer phone prior to scheduling and it was a hang up which I usually put in span and block when they don't leave messages. It turns out they were calling and hung up when I didn't answer quickly enough...mind you I am almost 80 years old and can barely walk and I ran trying not to miss the call in case it was important. ha!

I had a sewage back up catastrophe in my house. Rodney showed up in a very timely manner and was very friendly and professional. He’s knowledgeable, fast and thorough. He made sure to communicate everything that he was doing and why. He cleaned my carpets today and they look awesome! He knows his stuff! I had Rodney come out and clean up some carpet stains in my spare room and "Man Cave" and he did an excellent job. He explained some of the dark ones might not come out perfect, but what he did was better than I expected.

Really appreciate the great deep cleaning and great service we got from Rodney at Infinity! We bought a house and thought we were gonna have to replace the flooring because of the stains and odor! But by golly, Rodney saved us thousands! The combo of his pre treatment, hot steam clean and post treatment really did the job! Stains and smells are gone and we have a few clean chairs as well! This company did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and area rug. The carpet in one of the rooms was severely smelly and stained from our puppies numerous accidents!

BAIT and Switch, guy said it is a MINIMUM of $105.00 regardless of COUPON or phone quote. Charged double the coupon rate ($205.00) and claimed the phone quote was never given of $86.00 for 2 rooms. Very rude aggressive behavior after showing up 1.5 hours late (fast slick talking used car sales tactics) BOTTOM LINE FOLKS... if you do not succumb to the intimidating price demand, it spirals down fast. Don't call and don't let him in your home! Read the customer's review from customers, not from friends of business owner. Our carpet was cleaned later that evening by another carpet

Friendly professional service ! Very happy with the service the owner Rodney provided for me. We have a new puppy and anyone knows potty training can be a battle, but Rodney was able to apply a treatment to remove the urine. Hallelujah we have our clean carpet back and its better than when we moved in ! Not to mention the price was fair and we were worked in when he came to give us the quote he cleaned same day! He will definitely be taking care of my future carpet needs.

The owner, (Rodney) provided service on both our tile floor and carpet. The tile floors have seen nearly 14 years of kids and pets, and needed some serious freshening up.
I knew it would look better but was shocked at how good it looks. The carpet looks equally good. Rodney was in time, and got straight to work. I was impressed that even as cold as it was he worked up a sweat, but wasn't in a hurry. He was focused on my satisfaction and answered all questions. He also offered to come back if anything at all needed touch up.

We had a pet odor problem in one of the bedrooms and got this coupon in the mail with very reasonable prices. I called him and he said he could come as soon as tomorrow which he did. Only took an hour for the job to be done so he did a very efficient job. Would definitely recommend and use their services again if necessary.

First of all, Inifinity is NOT closed! They came out to my house the day after I called and got to work right away. Rodney and his team did a fantastic job and were so fast and efficient, making it one of the easiest carpet cleaning experiences ever! This company is NOT closed! I personally have had the best experience with Infinity! They bent over backwards to help me and did NOT see me as a single woman to just take advantage of! So many of these type of businesses advertise/promise one thing then show up do the work and tell you that you owe them triple the money! This is an honest guy with family values trying to make a living too by doing good work. I say give him a try!

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Charged double the coupon rate because it was "a long drive". Very rude attitude. Spent 20 minutes on the carpet. Carpet now smells horrible whereas it did not even smell before. And it does not even look better. Carpet is only three years old and we were doing a routine cleaning, no real problems. Now we have a big stinking problem. Called and asked if he would honor his "Satisfaction Guarantee" on his coupon. His response, "Why don't you air it out a little longer!" This statement is after three weeks of airing out the carpet

Rodney is a pro! He is a one man show who gets the job done right! Not only did he completely transform carpet that was extremely soiled, he removed stains that were there when I purchased the house. He's honest and does a fantastic job!

The owner is nice but when he sub contracts people it could be a problem. He sent out another guy to our place and it was a terrible, traumatizing experience. The guy threatened, cussed, and verbally assaulted us. That day ended in the police station. But talking to the owner after he seems like a good guy, but still charged us for the event which I believe isn't good business considering what a guy representing his business pulled on us.
I will never go through them again and if your considering it, they will raise the price from their add and try to sell you more expensive not needed chemicals

I called, had the valpak coupon, gave them the square footage of my house, and they said their $99.00 deal was no problem.
Then the guy gets there, 30 minutes after the time slot, tells me it's another $40 because i have a walk in closet. Umm..50% more because of a walk in closet???
I said that i got the quote when I called, and it was no problem. His response:
it's 20 more for that, and 20 more because it's a big bedroom (about 10x12). well, i could take it or leave it, he "wasn't going to sit and argue with me".
