I called because they said same day .
They gave me a text confirming appointment between 4pm and 6pm and did not show up . I waited then I called . The worker said he was on a job in Anaheim and can't make it.
He asked to reschedule till next day between 11 am and 1 and I told them it was inconvenience but if they can come I will spend another day waiting . I waited the next day . No show no call.
I called the owner and he was rude . He cut me off and didn't show no concern or customer service . He said I shouldn't of told them I didn't want it the next day. So wrong I waited

Do not use this company! whatever amount was quoted over phone is a lie as soon as they arrive they charge you double and triple for other services. Carpets were left completely soaked 10 hours later and they are still very wet! they advertise carpet will only be damped my carpet after 10 hours is still soaked! horrible service not cleaned at all!

Attached is advertised pricing from this company. Nothing about changed by square feet, nothing about estimates. Estimate on the phone, 3 rooms and stairs, 120-130. Perfect. Guy shows up this morning, looks at our modest California apartment, and says $450. We call the boss, he says he'll come estimate it himself. Then his guy starts cleaning anyways before the boss comes and now wants the money. This is extortion. Should have called the police. Stay away.

I am not surprised by the terrible reviews for this company. I called the Playa del Rey location at 6801 Vista Del Mar #345. Would you like an AVERAGE steam clean for your carpets and also have the worst customer experience of your life? Do you enjoy rude behavior, aggressive sales tactics, and having your furniture thrown around like garbage by someone who intimidates you, sprays water all over your house, walks through the water with his dirty shoes, and then leaves you 20 mins later with a dirty floor, massive bill and not even a goodbye? Do you enjoy paying to be abused? THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY

I wish I could give negative review to this company. They advertise wrongly and when they arrive, the guy kept adding charges what deal showed was $99 for 4 rooms usually I pay $150-180. I had worked from morning to move furniture, and he quotes me $400 + $99 for stairs . It's outrageous to charge double to triple price for what you are advertising. Horrible then negotiated to just do half the job, where he wouldn't even clean under any furniture.. Ridiculous, people don't let this company rip you out. Use someone else.

Bait and switch. They have several locations and phone numbers on their website and on Yelp. The manager Ron told me that he is the only manager and that the owners are not available. My quoted price was $69 and it shot up to $225 because it apparently needed to be disinfected but it's two small bedrooms and I don't live in a hospital.
I will be reporting it to the BBB - these are scammers and Yelpers beware!

Do not use this place. They are quoting price's over the phone. And not standing by what they tell you. They actually went to a good friends house and did what shouldn't be done to clients. I wouldn't recommend this place. I will also tell every Marine Not to do business there. If you screw over a friend of mine. I'm going to let you have it. Be honest about what your charging people. And it won't reflect on your reviews... Honesty goes along way in the world of business..

I called to get a quote. I was told a cleaner would arrive at my place to give me a more accurate estimate on a carpet pet stain. The cleaner called me (he had horrible diction and was very hard to understand) and he was under the impression that he was coming for a cleaning, but I told him it was for an estimate. He said "I'm not coming all the way over there for an estimate." I said thanks and hung up. NOT using this service.

The $99 special is not honest. To have your furniture cleaned, spots removed and disinfected he wanted $400 but came down to $350.00.
He went over everything so fast and wasn't even getting all of the surface areas that I thought he was just applying pretreatment otr spot remover. When he announced that he was finished with my sofa and wing chair in less than 20 minutes I was shocked. What a terrible job!!
I paid him just to get him the hell out of my house.

After doing some research on this "company" I feel responsible to expose these individuals and warn others about their detestable actions.
This "company" has three other different websites besides the one that they posted on this Yelp page. Each website has a different name but similar deals and offers. Additionally, two of these websites have the exact same satisfied customer review from the same woman who claims to have had the same positive experience. I also checked the Yelp ratings on these "different" companies and found nothing but unsatisfied and disgruntled

I didnt see the review here in yelp. I guess, i got victimized too. Came in 2 people, a barely prob 19 yr old and a kid with him. Asked for cash, told me to go atm for cash. I paid $200. Lousy job, kid just use sockets where he could find them not bothering to ask and does not return whatever he used intheir proper places, plugs, garden hose muzzle, their machine is almost broken down.
I specifically requested for pet odor stain removal, left with it still smelling. Cheap work and a rip off.
