I don't usually use cleaning companies but I love Clean Max! They're really thorough and they strive to do work that is above and beyond what they are expected. This is the second time I have used Clean Max USA. I needed my tile/grout cleaned as well as carpeting throughout my home. An estimate was given to me on the phone and I scheduled an appointment. The techs, Dylan and Jake, arrived on time; in fact, they were actually a few minutes early. They first measured all areas I needed cleaned and presented me with the final cost, which was actually less than I was quoted on the phone. Highly recommend. I have used them for about 12 years now. We just bought a 7 year old home and the tile and grout needed much needed TLC. Who do I call......yeap Clean Max USA! Clean and sealed! I couldn't be happier with Clean Max! We have been customers for over 5 years now. They go over and beyond for their customers. I recently had an upholstered chair that had been coffee stained and I called them to find out the best way to remove the stain and they told me to bring in the chair. Not only did they clean and remove the stain, but they didn't charge me. The night I got the chair back a piece of bacon was dropped on the chair and I called again. They told me to bring it in and not only removed the grease but didn't charge me again. To me this is an example of wanting

I can't say enough about how great this experience was. I noticed they were doing some work at my neighbor's place and figured I'd walk over and ask for a quick quote on doing my kitchen floor (porcelain tile). Robert was super nice and came right over to take a look. Not only was the price great he actually said he could do it right now. Within 15 minutes he and his crew helped empty my kitchen of furniture and got right to it. Maybe an hr later and my kitchen looks fantastic. I was super impressed by CleanMax. Valerie was wonderful to fit us in so we could have our carpets cleaned before we had guests. They use environmentally safe cleaning products, which is important to me and the guy who performed the service was both friendly and professional; even my dog liked him! He helped move some furniture, where other companies will not touch it at all and did a great job. He also gave us a bottle of spot cleaning solution for just-in-case. Wait...I'm not done :) They even sent a thank you note that included a 30 day guarantee. Now that's service!

Great results! Sergio was very professional and answered all my questions before, during and after. Dried in about 6 hours or less and looks brand new. I highly recommend them. The cost was per square foot, so we didn't have to pay for areas under the sofa, bed, etc. No odor to the cleaning solution either!

Occasionally trying other carpet care companies, I usually find myself going back to this one. The owners are professional as are the staff. This time round they were able to remove some 5 year old food stains that I didn't see until I moved a bed around. I will definitely stay with the CleanMax team from Loomis! I only wish they still did small area rugs that would stay at my home. I have no problem having them dry outside. But I understand why they don't.

I have had a very good experience with CleanMAX. My wife and I recently moved into a 15 year old home. Nice home, beautiful views but two of the bathroom showers needed some major tile / grout cleaning as did the tile floor in the casita.
I contacted CleanMax and quickly received an estimate via the phone for the steam cleaning. Very reasonable quote. Additionally, I asked about doing some grout work in the showers.
