We have been in the cleaning industry for over 30 years. We established our cleaning business in 1991 as a way to continue serving our community. We are certified in almost every area of the cleaning business. We specialize in tile and grout cleaning along with carpet cleaning and other floor related services.
When it comes to tile cleaning we only use stone tech products, which is a superior tile cleaning product. So let's talk tile cleaning, we pretreat the condition with an alkaline and let set for 10-15 minutes. Then we scrub all the grout lines and steam clean them at 1000 psi with our powerful truck mount.
Here at Service Kings Home Services we offer premium carpet cleaning services. When we clean carpets we use a hydra master 575 truck mount unit, which heats up to 245 degrees. You may wonder why this matters? Well, high heat and a powerful truck mount are recommended by carpet manufacturers to really clean and restore them, it also helps the carpet dry faster.

I got the keys to my new Condo and I was heart broken to find out that my new home smelled like cat urine. I just wanted to cry. We just adopted a puppy German Shepherd. On her fist day with us she had a, "accident". It was on a Saturday afternoon, last week. We called Tony, with Service Kings, and he was here at his first availability, with-in an hour! He cleaned the puppy;s mess and the rest of our upper floor. He charged a fair price, especially for being after typical business hours and short notice. He truley saved the day! I give him and his company for consistently providing 5 Star level of service! Tony from service Kings did a great job. He told us he would only charge us if he was able to get out the ink stain wife made in our wool rug. to start he had the lowest price and then the guarantee was too good to pass up. he was polite and courteous, good communication via text. he came out twice to try to help us get rid of this dark blue ink spot period by the end of his hard work the ink spot was 95% removed and it is difficult to notice now. yet Tony did not charge us a penny. we offered to pay, but he still said no. he is true to his word and we highly recommend his business.

Spent half the time trying to push his and his wife's real estate business on me (!!!!) when I was clearly NOT interested. Would not stop trying to sell me!. Left the carpets SOAKED. Saw the other guy from this company say to another unhappy customer on here "you signed the work complete form". Well of course I did! Was expecting you to be a professional and do a good job!!!! And you're not supposed to walk on it after! The bad reviews on here match their true colors more than the good ones. These carpets

Tony came out several times to clean the sad carpets in our former house. Each time he came I told him that eventually we'd be getting new ones - which we are, to get the house ready for market! Last week we had him clean the carpet in the office, which isn't being replaced, as well as an area rug that I thought was beyond hope. Both came out beautifully, but with Tony in charge I shouldn't have been surprised. He's also done some grout cleaning for us. He's professional, personable and just great to work with. We just had an unfortunate situation happen with our solar company hitting a water line while installing solar. I have to say, Tony has been the saving grace of all of this. It's the holiday season, we have so much going on (as everyone does!) and he was a rock-star. He went above and beyond to take care of our home and ensure there was not a trace of water damage remaining in a timely fashion. He then cleaned our carpet...and even did areas that weren't part of the damage. He was always on time, did what he said he would and is also a hard worker. I can't recommend him enough

I just wanted to share my GREAT experience with service kings. Tony (the owner) replied very quickly to my call once I found out I had a leak in my ceiling. He came right out and started the drying out process. He immediately set up contractors for me so we'd be all ready to get things put back together. He even helped me with my insurance process. Once everything was put back together he came in and cleaned all my carpets and everything looks like new! I HIGHLY recommend their company! Great service, friendly and to me most importantly, prompt! Thanks service kings!

Don't know about their carpet cleaning because they never showed up! I made an appointment for 10AM... at 11:15, was told still another 20 minutes or so until someone would be there! So 1 star for the extreme lack of customer service and not being able to be serviced. I guess if you have all day to wait, give them a call... if not, call ANY OTHER COMPANY and get someone out to your house in a timely manner - I have never had to wait 2-3 hours for a cleaner, and I considerate unacceptable (why even make an appt.?). Moved into a rented house and wanted to have the carpets steamed clean. Called several places in Yelp. Tony returned by call quickly. We set a good price and he was available the next day. Came by, got the work done within 1.5 hours and paid the man. Carpets look clean and fantastic. Thank you Service Kings and Mr. Tony!

I was stoked to find a Groupon for Service Kings- we were moving and needed a quick and cost effective carpet cleaning service. $49 for three rooms was a killer deal.
I made the appointment almost two weeks ahead of time. They e-mailed me a confirmation with all of the info. My appointment was scheduled between 11 am and 2 pm.
The day of the appointment: I got everything ready, moved the furniture and pre-vacuumed the carpets. I waited and waited for them to show up. Finally I got a call at 12:55 pm from the tech stating that they were running behind and would arrive around 3 pm.
Okay, I guess
