I asked Missy Maids for a huge task and asked her and her team to clean my Grandma’s house. We are talking years of not cleaning only surface . We were trying to sell the house and needed the cleaning done. Not only did they do a phenomenal job the house we barely recognized after it was cleaned. This helped us sell the home fast. Paid $245 for a signature/move out clean. Communication started off terrible and service was even worse. My floors weren't touched, counters were left dirty, and appliances were neglected. Was told they dont wipe furniture just "swiffer" it. When this was discussed with manager there was zero attempt to rectify the situation, instead I was told they would be happy to come quote me an additional 3 hours or $100 to fix their mistake! Horrible customer service.
