ACTION MAIDS general housecleaning service will make your home shine! Our service teams are trained to give great attention to thoroughly cleaning your entire home. Woodwork, including baseboards, door frames and door panels, window frames, and window sills are dusted. Wood furniture is dusted. If requested and provided by the customer, we will polish the furniture with the customer's polish of choice.

They showed up but did 5% of the cleaning. I seriously would have done a better job going into the home and trying to clean it blindfolded for an hour myself. I then called multiple times afterwards and left multiple messages and received no response back.

The maids had done a service of around 1 hr at house and then reported 2.5 hrs in their time card and charged more than double on my credit card.Beware of getting cheated if you are ever going to get your service done from here. I would highly recommend not to use their services and find an alternative.

As a gift, I was given a gift certificate for one hour of general cleaning. I was having a big party at my house, so I figured the day before was the perfect time to use it. I wasn't sure how much could really get done in an hour, so I cleaned my whole house except for the kitchen and bathroom and a few small things like stairs. I was originally told that they would come between 9 and 12, but then they called the day before to bump me to the 12-3:30 spot. When no one had arrived or called by 3:45, I called to make sure they were still coming. I was told that I should see someone "any minute." A
