A great experience from the first interaction to the final installation.
Pat and the team are all top-notch and did a great job of helping us choose the right hot tub for our needs and then communicated regularly on delivery timing, since the pandemic had resulted in significant backorders everywhere. The team was careful in managing the installation and then took the time to walk us through the features of the new hot tub, as well as educate us on proper spa chemical management.

I have been doing business with Pat for years. She is very knowledgeable about pools and spas. Water test are free and they tell what your current reading is, where it needs to be and how much chemical is needed. Pat answers any questions you may have and you get a print out with which chemicals which she goes over with you. Anything needed for your pool she would have in her store and if she doesn't have it she can order it.

I highly recommend this business...We had another pool company install our above the ground and it was a nightmare!!!! We contacted Pat and her husband David and they came down that day and got us all up and running!! They also helped us,and walked us through vacuuming our newly installed pool...We highly reccomend them to anyone buying a pool,or hot tub...They saved us from a total disaster!!
