It is very unfortunate that I'm having to leave a one star review because it takes a lot for me to get the point where I feel it is necessary. Most times I give the business the benefit of the doubt 3 or 4 times before resorting to a 1 star review. However I have given this company the benefit of the doubt over 10 times now and they have disappointed every single time.
Over 7 months ago I initiated a warranty claim with them for some work they had done recently on our floors and window sills. They came out and checked everything and agreed to the repairs. It took them months to get any parts

This showroom manager Glen is very welcoming. I came in looking for tile for my back porch. Also, I have never in my life lived in a home with tile, and have little knowledge about tile. Glen answered all my questions in a profession manner and was very respectful. He helped me pick beautiful tile make in Italy. My installer said that the tile I choose was extremely high quality and I got it at a really good price. He even said that he was going to send his future customers to M&M because of the high quality tile and reasonable prices. I later went back and purchased tile for my bathroom which

We had a wonderful experience with all the staff at M&M from selection to installation and quotes for the next project, that we're not ready to start yet, but will be going to M&M for when we are. I was slow in my decisions but the sales girl was VERY patient and installation exceeded my expectations.
