I have only had an estimate for flooring so far, but I can tell right away that the owner Zack was very knowledgeable and very professional ! They also carry a wide variety of flooring to choose from. After getting several estimates from many other flooring company's..My choice will be Pelican Floors when im ready for new flooring !

I had my laminate floors done two days before Thanksgiving last year and was the worst experience we ever had. It was worse than trying to by a used vehicle with bad credit. The installers the company used were rude, unprofessional and unknowable on how to install our floor. It seemed like a rush job to be done and gone before Thanksgiving. There are still a number of unresolved matters but we feel uneasy about using the same company for repairs. I would not recommend this company and are using another vender to do my sister's floor.

I would highly recommend Pelican Floors to everyone!! They were incredibly helpful, honest, and provided immediate and great customer service! They even helped us navigate our tough HOA rules that I had no idea about previously, and Zach (the owner) was a life saver during that process. I received quotes from a couple places and Pelican Floors was able to do the job (wood-look tile throughout our home) for almost $8,000 LESS than what another place quoted us!!
The team was professional and friendly and our floors look amazing!! : ) We are very happy with the whole process!

The installers were extremely friendly, professional, and did an amazing job with the flooring and baseboards. We are extremely pleased and can not wait to do the downstairs of our home to match!

Update: Dying. This is the slowest team of installers I have ever seen. They just indicated they are only going to be able to finish 2 bedrooms today. Both Buffkin and Lowe's when they installed basically the same amt of carpet in our old house were in and out less than a day, I didn't even see them. I am just getting so irritated bc we directly told Zach our time is important to us and it was worth it for us at this point to pay movers to help them if it got the job done faster. He was like "no, no we can get somebody". There's nobody today. And when we mentioned it just

I love my new tile floors! They were great to work with throughout the whole process! Installation prices are listed on their website so you can easily compare. Very reasonably priced. The installers were absolutely amazing! They worked fast and the finished product is perfect! I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Zack and Kristin did an amazing job of educating us on the products they carry without the high pressure sales that tend to accompany a home improvement purchase. The costs of the products from Pelican are comparable to industry standards and installation contractors they use are professional and of the highest quality. After completion Zack and Kristin also stopped by to ensure we had no issues with the end results. If you are looking for an exceptional flooring from people who care about quality and reputation. I researched the quality of the products to be installed. Pelican products quoted were the highest in quality.
I was doing this project long distance for our condo. Zack and Kirsten were so helpful.
The day of the install was horrible, cold and rainy. The installers Sergio and Rick were so pleasant to work with. They were careful about moving our furniture. I have never had the installers clean the under floors like these guys. We also had

My wife and I went through Pelican Floors to replace all of the carpet in 5 bedrooms and stairs (about 1300 square feet total) with a brand new eco laminate. Zach came out that same day and measured all of our rooms (including the closets) with a laser and inputted the information in a custom program to get exact measurements of our space. He walked us through the process and told us about potential extra expenses (such as leveling or grinding floors) so we were aware of all costs. Zach was knowledgeable and patience with us while we made our decision and never did we feel pressured to make a purchase

Paid in full up front for my job (~$4000). Putting tile and carpet throughout my entire home. Two weeks after what was supposed to be a one week job, Pelican and their owner Zach Murray walked off the job 25% done. They called 3 hours later that day and demanded that we pay an additional $1375 or they would not finish and they would put a lien on my home which equates to extortion.
The owner called today after we told him we had contacted the police and that were going to sue him for full restitution. Promised that the job would be done today....no surprise they still haven't showed
